Since Manorcourt Homecare, started as my carers as I have been treated with respect after a stroke. I feel very safe and happy with the level of care from the carers to the admin staff. Everyone listens to you. Fully recommend this company.
Thank you for your review, we are so pleased that you feel respected, safe, and happy with your care. We really appreciate your review and value you as a customer.
I have been using this agency since June 2007 just as carer's for my brother, and now as a domestic service for myself. I have always found the service meets my needs. I have no complaints except to say I have to go through six monthly reviews. I find it irritating to have to do this as I would not hesitate to complain if I was not happy with the service, and my complaints were not dealt with. I am more than capable of searching for another care agency.
Thank you so much for your review, we do appreciate your feedback. We are so happy to hear that you have been using us for such a long time and that you have always been happy with the services received. I can only apologize for how you feel about the six monthly reviews, we undertake these only...
Our carer is diligent, empathetic and very good with my Mum, always saying hello to my dad. Cannot fault the service with all concerned.
Thank you very much for your review; we really do appreciate the feedback given. We are very pleased to hear that you are pleased with the care your mother is receiving from us. We will ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant carer. Thank you again.
Having been with the organisation since August 2018, in my opinion, the carers are second to none, with no exception.
Thank you for taking the time to publish a review on our services and thank you for your kind words.
My husband found her very caring, and undemanding and appreciated her respectful and pleasant outgoing personality. Our son also managed to call in on a few occasions to see how things were planning out. He was pleased to see that his Dad and carer were managing to cope well. Some shopping was required and general duties performed well. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service offered.
Thank you very much for your review, we really do appreciate the feedback given. We are very pleased to hear that you were pleased with the care your husband received from us and that you were able to enjoy your holiday with peace of mind. We will ensure your feedback is shared with the relevant carer. Thank you again.
I was a client from 16th March until the 14th April 2024. I found all the girls to be supportive, kind and treated me with consideration and dignity. Thank you all for the great service and hopefully when I have my next hip replacement I will have you all again.
Thank you Vivienne for taking the time to write a report about our service, it was a pleasure looking after you.
All carers have treated me with respect, and in return, I treat them with respect. Why be nasty to the people who are helping you, when you can't do it yourself.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our service, this is very much appreciated.
Very happy with the care.

It took a while to get right. Every carer is different and not all were to my liking, but when I requested and was granted a permanent person although difficult when on 7 days a week, when I changed to just 3 days a week in the second half of December, everything levelled out and has been brilliant ever since.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our service this is very much appreciated. I am glad to hear that it's going well with your permanent carer.
I have been using Manorcourt for years and find it a good company. The staff are most caring and thoughtful, good-hearted and give the best care to the client. They are always on time and are an important part of my daily life. Thanks to them, I live life to the dullest I am able. God bless them.

The carers provide an excellent service. Arrive at the same time most days. They are kind and courteous. Protect my dignity, very careful in the way they handle me. They give me a thorough shower, dry me well and dress me. They assist me to the breakfast table. They leave everything clean and tidy and make my bed and empty my commode.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review about our service and thank you for your kind words.
We have been using Manorcourt for the last 6 or 7 years, first for my dad and now for Mum. I cannot rate them highly enough, both the carers who are kind, cheerful and respectful, and also the office team who are such a support. Nothing is ever too much trouble and my sisters and I are so grateful to have such wonderful care for our mum.
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete a review of our service and thank you for your kind words.
I cannot wish for better carers to be looking after my husband. The care he receives from the staff is excellent. They are thorough with his personal care and really interact with him socially. We are both really happy with the service he is receiving from Manorcourt Homecare.

Appalling. Dad came home from the hospital and whoever was the carer nicely prepared his bed for his return by rolling back the duvet so he could get in bed easily. However, one major detail had been ignored. The sheet was filthy and heavily stained. This must have been very obvious to whoever prepared this. The bed itself had various stains down it, eg. vomit, blood and excrement. I have pictures. These stains also go down to the carpet. I appreciate they are carers and not cleaners but I feel accidents could have been mopped up as they happen instead of leaving a bed and carpet that was heavily soiled. On the plus side, another carer did replace the bedding and advised what was needed to make his bed better. She even cleaned him after he soiled himself coming home in an ambulance. She is the benchmark other carers in this company need to work towards. I will be forwarding the photos on to relevant agencies.
Thank you for your comments. I apologise that we have not provided our usual high level of service in this instance. We have briefly discussed your concerns and we will be meeting shortly to discuss in more detail and put in place a plan to improve matters and ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
Carers are very good, nothing is too much trouble for them.
