Inchwater have provided twice daily carers for 3 months following my fathers fall. The carers are superb. extremely caring, local ladies who dad could understand. They were very professional and communicated well with the family. The office staff are equally efficient. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. sadly my father has deteriorated and now needs 24 hour care in a nursing home but Inchwater staff allowed him to stay at home for another precious 3 months thanks again for everything.

Thank you so much for your kind review. Were really pleased to hear your father felt comfortable and well supported by our carers and team. Helping him stay at home for those extra precious months truly means a lot to us. Wishing you and your family all the very best.

When you are going through the challenging and painful experience of living with Alzheimer's, it is often a time when isolation is high, resources are reduced and needs are ever changing; needing a constant renewal of ideas, strength, energy and insight. The team at Inchwater have been a constant and consistent source of first class support, knowledge and care to my Dad and our family. They have adapted around the needs of our family and stepped in with confidence, creativity and care. We would be lost without them, they have enabled us to sustain our battle with Alzheimer's and have kept us afloat. We have worked in partnership to do our best to slow the impact of Alzheimer's down and for that I will be forever grateful to the team at Inchwater for. I always tell friends and family that Inchwater provided us with the dreamteam! Their knowledge and experience is above and beyond that of any care team I've seen. They set high standards and expectations and they deliver each time.

Reply from Roshan Gangaram, Director at Inchwater Home Care

We as a family cannot thank the Inchwater team enough for the compassion, care, kindness and understanding they have given to my father-in-law. Inchwater is very outstanding, professional and experience team, going above and beyond. When my father-in-law recently had a fall, the team never left him alone while they waited for the ambulance service to arrive, which to us shows that they care about what they do as kind people. We know that my father-in-law is in very safe hands. Their communication is excellent at all times. They even play chess with him! A massive thank you from our family.

An outstanding service provided by an outstanding team, who genuinely care and have incredible knowledge, skills and understanding. I cannot thank the team at Inchwater enough for the care they provide to my father and the support they offer to us as a family when navigating all the complexities and often overwhelming emotions that Alzheimer's brings. The team are sensitive, efficient, responsive and do exactly what they say they will do which is exactly what is needed. They have a sound understanding of the needs of someone with Alzheimer's and provide care that adapts to our ever changing needs. They bring kindness, commitment, energy, warmth and good humour and most importantly they see the person beyond the diagnosis. They privilege dignity, respect and empowerment, recognising the strengths of the individuals they care for. They are flexible and adaptable, and their communication is sound. This service enriches our life. Thank you to an amazing team. We treasure you!

Inchwater have looked after my mother for a few years and have always been thoroughly reliable, professional, kind, caring, friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they have always ensured that mum has the best care possible. They have enabled mum to stay in her own home and retain her independence in such a respectful and dignified manner. As mum is approaching the end of her life they continue to provide such incredible caring support both to mum and to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I am forever extremely grateful to everybody at Inchwater.

Our journey with Inchwater home care agency started three years ago.We have no regrets. It started with minimal help and progressed to almost full-time care. They never left Mum or Dad alone if they were concerned about them. They were always open to our requests and helped us make multiple decisions. They organized all Dr visits and medications .In emergencies they provided all care .If a carer was not available management stepped in.They treated my parents with respect, preserved their dignity and always encouraged them to maintain their independence. My parents told us the carers were their friends. The girls chatted, listened, shared stories, watched TV with them. We had access to the electronic records.Everyone at Inchwater went above and beyond in every way. Two months ago, we came to the sad realization that to keep them safe they needed a team of people so they even helped us settle them in a care Home nearby. Inchwater became a second family to my parents. How special is that?

I cannot praise mum's care company highly enough, all the staff that look after mum are exceptional and very professional, they cater for her every need, from personal care to changing her stoma bag, which is not a pleasant task, to cooking her meals and encouraging her to eat and drink, and giving mum her medication, they are always friendly and chat with her, they also ask if there's anything she needs, and make sure she's ok before leaving her. They keep us informed about any concerns they have about her, which is very helpful. I always know I can contact them at any time whenever I need help of any kind, the office staff are very helpful and reassuring, going above and beyond, I can't fault them. My mum, myself, and all my family are so grateful and could not cope without their unfailing help.

Inchwater have been delivering excellent care, twice a day for my father-in-law for 15 months. He looks forward to their visits and often tells me how friendly and helpful each of the carers are. This is so reassuring for us as a family as they make sure he has his meals each day and takes care of the household duties, nothing is too much trouble, they do all this cheerfully chatting to him while they work, which is perfect. We can also read the report after each visit so are up to date at all times. If any problems arise we are contacted straight away either by the carer on duty or one of the excellent office team, we truly could not ask for more, thank you Inchwater.

Inchwater Home Care has helped my aunt to remain living independently for over five years. She is nearly 99 and has proved to be quite a challenging client on many occasions. Her carers have gone above and beyond to make her home life as comfortable as possible. Nothing is too much trouble and they often stay a lot longer than they should, at no extra cost to my aunt.
The management of the team is also second to none, they are always at the end of the phone, whatever time of day or night. They have offered invaluable advice to help the family through difficult times.

You could not wish for a kinder, more experienced team of people to look after a loved one.
