Hello, I’m Victoria, the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Epping.

I passionately believe in the Home Instead mission to change the face of ageing. I have seen firsthand how Home Instead can make a real difference to people’s lives in their own homes, as well as providing employment opportunities for the local community.

My team and I are responsible for seeing new prospective clients, signing up new clients and following them through the first few weeks with Home Instead. We ensure these clients are matched with suitable Care Professionals, liaise with the Care Professionals to ensure they are fully briefed on these clients and then carry out the first reviews with these clients to make sure all is going well and as they expected.

I really enjoy working for Home Instead. We are a team. I love making a difference to the lives of our clients, and I have seen at first-hand how enabling people to stay living in their own homes really does make a difference to their lives.
