Excellent service. Carers are polite and will do anything for you. Office staff are always helpful.
Thank you for your review, I am so pleased you are happy with our service.
I cannot rate Home Instead highly enough. All of my mother's carers were professional and kind and always arrived on time. They were extremely accommodating when my mother's needs changed and needed less help.
Thank you so much for taking the time to do a positive review for us.
All of the carers, without exception, were lovely & couldn't do enough for dad & ourselves, including the office staff.
We would thoroughly recommend them.
Thank you so much for the lovely review. It was a pleasure caring for your father.
Very positive, helpful, changed carer to accommodate my husbands needs.
Every dealing with them and all their staff has been amazing.
My parents are moving to Dorset and thankfully the company also operates there so we will be transferring care via the same organisation. Thanks!
Thank you very much for doing the review. I'm so pleased everything has been great with Home Instead Epping Forest. Good luck with the move and the new local Home Instead!
We have had a rapidly evolving situation with my mother-in-law necessitating multiple changes in the amount and type of support needed over the last few months. Home Instead has always been very accommodating and extremely helpful. Continuity of care is excellent with the same set of carers being allocated wherever possible, meaning excellent relationships have been built up. Staff go above and beyond. Communications by phone and email are always answered promptly. Staff show genuine concern for my mother-in-law. Managers did a lot of work pushing and successfully getting an occupational therapist assessment, resulting in her going into hospital rehab post-TIA (transient ischaemic attack) and pending hip revision op. If it wasn't for Home Instead, I don't know where she and us would be!
A big thank you, Jenny, for your wonderful review - we're so glad to hear how our team has been able to support you and your family during this time.
I am extremely impressed with the care and attention which my aunt receives. All the ladies are pleasant, friendly and a dedicated team who provide appropriate and thorough assistance. Nothing is too much for them and any problems or concerns are discussed and solved. I am so pleased with Home Instead and glad that my aunt has them.
I'm really happy with Home Instead they look after my mum well.
The carers are as kind as can be.
Outstanding last-minute emergency care. Very accommodations and flexible. Carers are professional, kind and caring.
Home Instead cared for my mother for four years, allowing her to remain in her own home even though she was physically frail (and over 100 years old). They treated her with compassion, dignity and respect. She looked forward to visits and loved to have a chat and a giggle with the carers. And because Mum was so well cared for, her family were also comforted and reassured. We are so grateful to all the carers and the team in the office. A massive thank you.
Thank you so much for your excellent review. The ladies loved caring for her and miss her very much. It was our pleasure to care for her.
My mother has shared with me how much the friendships she developed with two members of staff in particular mean to her. Their presence has been a reassuring comfort and I cannot thank them enough for being there for her as well.
Home Instead fought for Dad every day when he was in hospital against a system which is under way too much pressure and bureaucracy. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
The entire team has been nothing short of wonderful, and it is clear to me that it takes extraordinary people to do what you do every day.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was our pleasure to care for your father and support your mother.
Review period September 2020 to November 2023. We identified Home Instead ("HI") from a search for care providers in Epping and relied on reviews and a recommendation from the local doctor. Dad had become increasingly physically frail and both were living with Alzheimer's. HI advised about an initial care package, which we increased as needed, involving help with taking medication, preparing food, shopping, house cleaning and helping Dad with personal care. The carers were all really kind and professional. There were changes of some of the individuals, others were involved throughout. A standout example was taking Mum and Dad to their niece's wedding in London. Recently Dad required hospital treatment. A carer stayed with Mum overnight for a week. Mum and Dad have now moved to a care home as my father's condition requires 24/7 nursing care. Mum and Dad wanted to stay in their own home for as long as possible and the care from HI made that possible. Highly recommended.
Thank you very much for the detailed summary of the care we provided to your parents. It was our pleasure to care for them and we wish them every happiness in their new home.
The office have worked tirelessly to navigate communication to Mum's surgery and pharmacy.
When Mum needed additional tailored visits, these were officially added to her program.
Thank you so much for your review. It is a pleasure caring for your mother.
Very satisfied with the service and the staff. the whole experience is what you would hope all care would be like.
Home Instead are just amazing! The professionalism of the company is outstanding but it’s more than that. Speaking from our own experience with my mother-in-law, it was just the way they truly cared and took interest in talking to her and getting to know her. She’s sadly passed away but she enjoyed the visits so much knowing she could have a chat and even a sing song. The girls made a difference and enabled her to be at home which is where she wanted to be.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I am so pleased your mother-in-law enjoyed our visits.
Carers are kind and professional. Taking their time. Friendly and having talks with Mum during breakfast meals. Very pleased with the service
We have been using Home Instead (Epping Forest) for a number of years now for companionship. The companions are lovely, very pleasant and enthusiastic and the office/management team are very responsive to our needs. Everyone is very reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
I joined them seven years ago and I have been pleased with the service and good carers. They do what I ask. They come on time. I would never leave them.
Had lots of contact with their carers and office staff for my father-in-law who has progressive Alzheimer's. I have found they are considerate and caring and always look to resolve a problem, although not their fault, to make things right for the client! They are all conscientious and approachable. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Thank you so much for the review. I am so pleased you have been happy with the care we provided.

Meet the Team (2)
Hello, I’m Victoria, the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Epping.
I passionately believe in the Home Instead mission to change the face of ageing. I have seen firsthand how Home Instead can make a real difference to people’s lives in their own homes, as well as providing employment opportunities for the local community.
I am very proud of the team I have built in Epping over the last 12 years. My office team and Care Professionals are committed to ensuring our clients get the best possible care and that each of them contributes to making a positive difference in the lives of their clients.
My team and I are responsible for seeing new prospective clients, signing up new clients and following them through the first few weeks with Home Instead. We ensure these clients are matched with suitable Care Professionals, liaise with the Care Professionals to ensure they are fully briefed on these clients and then carry out the first reviews with these clients to make sure all is going well and as they expected.
I really enjoy working for Home Instead. We are a team. I love making a difference to the lives of our clients, and I have seen at first-hand how enabling people to stay living in their own homes really does make a difference to their lives. Each client testimonial we receive just reinforces this and makes me so proud.
