Home Instead Epping Forest is a family-run business based on the High Street in Epping. They are part of the international award winning Care Company that is changing the way care is being delivered across the UK.

They offer a wide range of non-medical tailor made services to suit your individual circumstances; from daily personal care to companionship and help around the home.

Their team of Care Professionals are dedicated to making a difference to people’s lives in the community. They treat their clients with the up-most respect in a compassionate way.

Home Instead believe in continuity of care, enabling a client to see the same Care Professional and to enjoy building a relationship and rapport with that person. The team also provides specialist personal care where needed including Alzheimer’s, dementia, respite care and support.

My mum has 2-hour visits twice weekly to offer companionship and a good home-cooked meal.
The caregivers are kind, helpful and friendly building a trusting happy relationship with my 91-year-old mum.
The office keeps me informed by sending newsletters and invitations to memory clubs. We also receive
visits from management to ensure all is well which is very appreciated. We are very pleased with the service offered.

From the first meeting with my parents and Home Instead to discuss a care plan they made my parents feel safe and trusting. Their support during my father's decline and death was faultless, enabling Dad to be at home at the end as was his wish. We could not have done it without them. The caregivers
are kind, competent, provide company and dignified care at all times. All the office staff and all the caregivers are friendly, warm and a pleasure to deal with.
The office provides excellent out of hours support for emergencies. The app is fantastic allowing us to check on how my mother is and what she's doing. They are proactive about her care, identifying medical concerns to enable prompt attention to issues far quicker than my mother or we would. It is reassuring to know someone is there every day for her when we cannot be and we know we can trust them completely. They were recommended to us by a good friend but if you don't have a personal recommendation, I hope this one helps you.

Home Instead have provided outstanding care for my mum (82 living with Dementia with Lewy Bodies) allowing her to remain independent in her own home. The carers really do care and they are well trained and informed, the management team are organised, efficient and approachable and not afraid to roll
up their sleeves when they need to! They have been flexible as the need for care has increased and worked with me now the time has come to move mum to residential care to ensure the smoothest transition. They use an excellent app where the carers log the activities from their visit so there is continuity from one carer to the next and the family can also see what the day has held. They are not the cheapest care provider but you really do get what you pay for, I believe they are the Gold Standard of care.

My father has Alzheimer's and we initially sought some temporary support for lunch but this progressed over a number of years to twice daily visits 7 days a week. The carers have all been fantastic; kind, caring and supportive and genuinely trying to do the best for my father.
It was easy to speak
to the company and their app allowed me to see the notes written by the carers daily. I would highly recommend using them.

The team at Home Instead have all been so caring, kind and helpful throughout a particularly challenging time with my mother having dementia. They have all been so friendly and look after my mum, nothing is too much trouble. They have gone out of their way to make life as easy as possible for us.

Mum has now benefitted from Home Instead's reliable, thorough, kindly and proactive care 2x daily for 1 full year this week. The carers and management team rapidly stabilised then steadily improved her day-to-day living and well-being (not to mention family coping during a pandemic one month in...).

Hello, I’m Victoria, the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Epping.


I passionately believe in the Home Instead mission to change the face of ageing. I have seen firsthand how Home Instead can make a real difference to people’s lives in their own homes, as well as providing employment opportunities for the local community.


I am very proud of the team I have built in Epping over the last 12 years. My office team and Care Professionals are committed to ensuring our clients get the best possible care and that each of them contributes to making a positive difference in the lives of their clients.

My team and I are responsible for seeing new prospective clients, signing up new clients and following them through the first few weeks with Home Instead. We ensure these clients are matched with suitable Care Professionals, liaise with the Care Professionals to ensure they are fully briefed on these clients and then carry out the first reviews with these clients to make sure all is going well and as they expected.


I really enjoy working for Home Instead. We are a team. I love making a difference to the lives of our clients, and I have seen at first-hand how enabling people to stay living in their own homes really does make a difference to their lives.
