The team at Home Instead have been a pleasure to deal with. We are new to this but the carers have been lovely, very caring and friendly.

The carers who have looked after me have been kind and supportive. They have been particularly good at assessing any particular personal needs.

As a new client of one month, I have been impressed by carers respect for my husband in their care of him. They have been kind and gentle and I have averted confrontational situations well. Their standards of care and attention to detail has been very good.

Carers are always kind and very helpful. They are also on time and stay full time. She is very pleased with the service she receives. She is very confident when the carers are here. So would highly recommend Home Instead.

The company are very experienced and professional staff are excellent, very attentive and friendly. I have regular contact with their office staff who always treat me with dignity and respect.

The office keeps me informed by sending newsletters and invitations to memory clubs. We also receive visits from management to ensure all is well which is very appreciated. We are very pleased with the service offered.

The office provides excellent out of hours support for emergencies. The app is fantastic allowing us to check on how my mother is and what she's doing. They are proactive about her care, identifying medical concerns to enable prompt attention to issues far quicker than my mother or we would. It is reassuring to know someone is there every day for her when we cannot be and we know we can trust them completely. They were recommended to us by a good friend but if you don't have a personal recommendation, I hope this one helps you.

Home Instead have provided outstanding care for my mum (82 living with Dementia with Lewy Bodies) allowing her to remain independent in her own home. The carers really do care and they are well trained and informed, the management team are organised, efficient and approachable and not afraid to roll up their sleeves when they need to! They have been flexible as the need for care has increased and worked with me now the time has come to move mum to residential care to ensure the smoothest transition. They use an excellent app where the carers log the activities from their visit so there is continuity from one carer to the next and the family can also see what the day has held. They are not the cheapest care provider but you really do get what you pay for, I believe they are the Gold Standard of care.

Thank you for the care you organised for me; it takes a big burden off my wife. I find it very relaxing and helpful, particularly able to talk to you on the phone.

If we need to make changes to our regular visits they are very accommodating.

We have been using carers since January and are very happy and are very happy with their service. My mother and father are always happy with each carer that attends.

The care has been very good by all. They have left the bathroom clean and tidy. Very good.

It was easy to speak to the company and their app allowed me to see the notes written by the carers daily. I would highly recommend using them.
