It was easy to speak to the company and their app allowed me to see the notes written by the carers daily. I would highly recommend using them.

Mum has now benefitted from Home Instead's reliable, thorough, kindly and proactive care 2x daily for 1 full year this week. The carers and management team rapidly stabilised then steadily improved her day-to-day living and well-being (not to mention family coping during a pandemic one month in...). The call log app is invaluable for relatives not living locally.

They managed her shopping and helped with some basic cleaning. Most of all, they patiently visited and made themselves into welcome visitors, for a very independent lady who wasn't sure she needed carers (even though she did)! We would highly recommend them.

We have been very pleased with the care provided, originally for my mother and more recently for my father. It has helped give the family peace of mind and enabled my parents to stay living in their own home for as long as possible.

I may not have used them for long but they very quickly became part of the team to ensure my Granddad had the most wonderful final moments and he thought they were all 'angels'.

The Home Instead team look after my 90-year-old mother extremely well. They are very kind and friendly people and enable her to live independently at home. They make sure she is happy and healthy and will always go the extra mile when needed. A recent example was contacting the GP to arrange an appointment for her COVID vaccination. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead Epping to anyone worried about an elderly relative.

My Grandad had a fall in February 2020 and went into a care home for respite care. We wanted him home (as we have lived together for years) and knew we couldn’t cope on our own. Home Instead has been amazing! From helping us to get him home to dealing with doctors and medication and getting equipment to make our home more comfortable for him. Nothing was too much trouble! Together we created a plan so he had visits throughout the day while we are not there. The staff are always there to support us as a family as well as Grandad. They make his meals and encourage him to eat and drink. They wash him and change his bed and most importantly they enjoy his company. We thought Grandad might not want people in to help (as he can be a little awkward when he wants to be) but he laughs and chats with them and tells us what we are doing wrong when we get home! Good care does cost, but it is well worth it! Our family is happy again! We couldn’t recommend anyone more highly! Thanks all of you!

Help in the home has been excellent. When extra cover time was required because of an emergency this was given without any problem.

They are caring, patient and competent. They treat their clients with respect and build up a friendly relationship with them, feedback and support are given to the family too.

The manager and her team offer my parents kindness, patience and professionalism. I don't know how I would cope without their help. All the carers are so kind; they really make my parents laugh and relax. So pleased we are using Home Instead service.

I have been very impressed by the quality care that Home Instead has given my mother-in-law over the few years. Every carer has brought their own individual quality care, provided with warmth and a real concern for their client. They have all, apart from traffic problems, been arriving on time which some other care companies don't do; this for me is an important part of of the care package.

My aunt was very poorly and needed help getting back on her feet; Home Instead made this happen. There is nothing that is too much trouble. I cannot fault the service we have had from Home Instead in any way. My mother has always resisted care in her home, but when she was forced to accept, suddenly, that she needed help, everyone made is so easy for her to come to terms with the change.
