My father-in-law has been in the care of Home Instead Epping for the last four and a half years but now has had to go into a care home. If there is any better Home Instead group I would be very, very surprised. It is superbly managed and organised by the manager who has developed an excellent team of people. We cannot thank them enough for how well they have looked after my father-in-law during this time. He has been able to stay in his own home for far longer than we anticipated. We would like to mention three of their employees, in particular, who have helped my father-in-law in so many ways and are outstanding employees who show such care and who were with him from the start. My wife and I wish to thank Home Instead Epping from the 'bottom of our hearts'.
The service provided has been reliable, profession and well-received by my aunt. I have heard good reports from her, and she looks forward to the visits. They provide her with much-needed help and company. She likes that it is usually the same regular person. One tiny point for improvement - encourage my aunt to think of little jobs that can be done.
My father was in a retirement home but was unhappy and wanted to return home only made possible with the help, luckily I found you. That was 4 and a half years ago. The service provided by Epping Home Instead has been exceptional. The carers have been amazing and the office have helped so much with taking him our for shopping, doctors, hospital and even for lunch. We have had to put him into a care home as needing 24-hour care. Once again, can't praise Home Instead enough for enabling him to live back at home. He is 90 years old. Thank you Epping staff, they do you proud.
We are very happy with the service received from Home Instead. We/my mother has a regular carer, a mature lady who brightens up her day and also gives good physical care, washing and grooming etc. All carers provide great service and are willing to do small household tasks in addition.
The service is caring, reliable and employees are polite and well-trained.
We would, in particular, like to express our gratitude for the empathy, humour, energy and diligence which mum's carer provided in the daily care and assistance on her visits. It was a pleasure to have her support and she is a credit to your service and team. My mother’s swift and successful recovery and rehabilitation, following both knee replacement surgeries, has most certainly been aided by the support from you all.
We have every confidence in returning to yourselves, and referring others, for future assistance. Thank you.
Home Instead Epping have been assisting my parents for the last year. We have been so impressed with their professionalism and standard of care and can’t praise them enough. As the situation has become more challenging, requiring more frequent and specialised care, they have continually adapted to the changing situation, whilst ensuring that my parents retain their dignity. My parents really look forward to their visits and view all their carers as genuine friends. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
The service and care I have received during the past few months has been superb. Each member of staff, administrative or care, that I have had dealings with has been efficient, kind, caring, (most of all caring) and sensible. I have no criticism of this company at all.
Couldn't recommend more highly.
Excellent service and care from the company and especially from the carers, from the day they started 2 years ago, to the time my mum passed away.
He is amazed at what you do for him.
Home Instead provided a consistently high standard of care to my mother over the last four years. They are not the cheapest care agency but they provided a service that could be personally adapted to my mother's increasing and changing needs. The kindness and professionalism of the caregivers was greatly appreciated by my mother and equally gave me peace of mind knowing that she was receiving excellent care.
Home Instead provide a valuable service and have enabled our mum to stay at home for as long as possible.
All the carers are now considered firm friends by my mother-in-law and she is pleased to see them every day.
Without their help we would not have been able to keep her in her own home.
Right from the first point of contact. I felt confident I had chosen the best agency. They have been extremely helpful, reliable and efficient in all aspects. I feel at ease knowing my mother is in great hands. I would definitely recommend the agency.
We are so lucky to have found Home Instead. My mum suffers from dementia and we want to help her stay independent as possible. All the team at Home Instead have been fantastic, Mum is very happy and we have the additional support to help us care for her. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Home Instead, Epping, have cared for my parents for 2+years. My parents' conditions have worsened, but the carers have made considerable efforts to continue excellent, wise and patient care for them both. Every decision is talked through with them and my sister/me. The carers stay longer when needed if my parents are ill etc. They often ring because they're concerned about something. They liaise with GP, District nurses, local chemist, incontinence service, NHS Direct when necessary. They've been especially helpful when my Mum returned after a 6-week hospital admission. They made it possible for my parents to be together again. The carers are so kind and unphased by the needs of both my parents, including worsening dementia. They're careful, wise, kind, dedicated, well trained and applied. One of the managers rang me, and visited my parents, over the weekend. We're so grateful and can't recommend them and the team enough. Impressed and grateful. Absolutely lovely carers, no-one I don't trust or don't like.
The care received was of an exceptionally high standard. The relationship between client and caregiver was one of trust and friendship. Conversations were open and honest which ensured that the care received was as requested. Over the years that the caregivers were engaged, support was there for both the client and the family, especially when situations were tough. I highly recommend this company as a perfect solution in enabling the client to remain in their own home. Thank you
The carers were very patient, taking my husband for short walks to the local shops. They became locally as my husbands "Angels". They played cards and draughts with him and sat and reminisced with both of us. The carers encouraged my husband to do things that he wouldn't do for us, like get up in the mornings.
As a nonagenarian, I am fortunate in that I do not need personal care but I find the regular visit of a 'care guider' taking over the work of having my house clean is great.

Meet the Team (2)
Hello, I’m Victoria, the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Epping.
I passionately believe in the Home Instead mission to change the face of ageing. I have seen firsthand how Home Instead can make a real difference to people’s lives in their own homes, as well as providing employment opportunities for the local community.
I am very proud of the team I have built in Epping over the last 12 years. My office team and Care Professionals are committed to ensuring our clients get the best possible care and that each of them contributes to making a positive difference in the lives of their clients.
My team and I are responsible for seeing new prospective clients, signing up new clients and following them through the first few weeks with Home Instead. We ensure these clients are matched with suitable Care Professionals, liaise with the Care Professionals to ensure they are fully briefed on these clients and then carry out the first reviews with these clients to make sure all is going well and as they expected.
I really enjoy working for Home Instead. We are a team. I love making a difference to the lives of our clients, and I have seen at first-hand how enabling people to stay living in their own homes really does make a difference to their lives. Each client testimonial we receive just reinforces this and makes me so proud.
