Very helpful and can trust them to deal with a difficult person.
No words will ever be enough to show my appreciation and gratitude to these remarkable ladies from Home Instead (Epping Forest). No stone was left unturned to ensure that my mother had her dying wish which was to remain in her own home to the very end. She needed a hospital bed - tick, she needed an air mattress - tick, she needed more daily visits - tick - she needed district nurse visits - tick, she needed two carers at a time - tick. Unbelievable - honestly, no sooner said than done! The girls even went on a course to learn how to deal with my mother's stoma. I know I can't mention any names and I'm pleased about that because each and every one of these ladies cared devotedly for my Mum and she loved every one of you. I could go on and on but you know how I feel and just hope Home Instead are around when my time comes.
Thank you so very much for your glowing review. Everybody who visited your mum loved her. Your whole family made our team feel so welcome and it was a pleasure supporting your family through this difficult time.
The carers are punctual, friendly and willing to do anything to help. We have been very grateful for all the help over the last few years.
Very good.
My parents were independent individuals (both 90+) who felt they didn't need outside assistance. Home Instead were introduced gradually, just two, two-hour sessions per week at first. As father's health declined we needed multiple daily visits, the change was handled seamlessly keeping carers they knew and adding new ones. The office said if we or they were unhappy with any carer they would be replaced, an option we never thought of using. After father's death, we were able to keep mother at home until her death. Home Instead's knowledge of who to contact as health issues arose (whether medical attention or new equipment needs) was invaluable, their patience towards her and us was a testimony to their dedication. One of her regular team stayed with her all her last night and we were assured there would be no trouble doing the same the following night, had she made it until then.
Thank you for your detailed review of the care we provided to your parents. It was an absolute pleasure to care for them. All our team loved visiting them and still talk about them.
Absolutely excellent. The care providers are all outstanding and bring a refreshing touch of colour to the day. Since my wife's death, I do not know how I would have coped without Home Instead.
Thank you so much, I am so pleased our Care Professionals brighten your day!
The whole team of caregivers provided an excellent level of care and support to our family, during an increasingly difficult time. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Thank you very much for the review. It was a pleasure caring for your in-laws. They were very popular with our team!
No complaints, the staff are very helpful and meet my needs to stay at home.
All staff are excellent at all times.
Phoned carer and she said she would come over she was fantastic a wonderful help.
Mum is very happy with the care she receives. She likes having one staff member who works hard and is very caring.
I cannot praise the staff enough who look after my mother. Always caring and respectful, kind and attentive. She benefits from having the same carers and this is ensured by the managers. Excellent care, thank you.
Thank you very much for the review. I am pleased everything is working so well.
Always very helpful when visiting me and exceptionally so yesterday when I was not well. A first-class service.
Thank you for the review. I am so pleased you are happy with the care you are receiving.
We have used Home Instead for around seven years and cannot recommend them highly enough! Their care professionals are exactly that - caring and professional. The benefits to her have been remarkable, both practical and emotional. The communication found with caregivers and management is excellent, and the additional services available make the overall relationship very reassuring.
Thank you very much for the review. It has been a pleasure caring for your mum.
I found Home Instead to be very professional and very respectful of my mother's needs, always on time and kept me informed of anything that they thought could be out of the normal. Every lady that cared for my mother was excellent in their work, and very friendly. I would recommend this company.
They are very caring and work at my pace.
I never feel rushed. I am very pleased with the service.
The admin and service leads always try and be flexible with my bookings.
I’d recommend the service.
Brilliant-first class and more than highly recommended.
We have used Home Instead (Epping) to care for my cousin who is a happy but vulnerable chap in his 60s for over three years now. We are so happy we have as he is very well cared for and knows and likes the team.
Punctual, friendly, considerate and thoughtful carers. The office staff are extremely efficient and thorough, well informed, always helpful and always available. We would highly recommend this company.
We have used Home Instead for about 18 months and we have found them more than helpful and always ready to oblige in any task. It is always done with a cheerful manner and my husband and I look forward to their visits. They always arrive on time and we are informed if they are going to be late because of traffic or weather. Our dealings with the office have been very professional.

Meet the Team (2)
Hello, I’m Victoria, the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Epping.
I passionately believe in the Home Instead mission to change the face of ageing. I have seen firsthand how Home Instead can make a real difference to people’s lives in their own homes, as well as providing employment opportunities for the local community.
I am very proud of the team I have built in Epping over the last 12 years. My office team and Care Professionals are committed to ensuring our clients get the best possible care and that each of them contributes to making a positive difference in the lives of their clients.
My team and I are responsible for seeing new prospective clients, signing up new clients and following them through the first few weeks with Home Instead. We ensure these clients are matched with suitable Care Professionals, liaise with the Care Professionals to ensure they are fully briefed on these clients and then carry out the first reviews with these clients to make sure all is going well and as they expected.
I really enjoy working for Home Instead. We are a team. I love making a difference to the lives of our clients, and I have seen at first-hand how enabling people to stay living in their own homes really does make a difference to their lives. Each client testimonial we receive just reinforces this and makes me so proud.
