I have been using the service for almost four months now. A carer comes in every morning mainly to check that I am alright healthwise and they are all very good at asking me how I am as soon as they arrive. They come regularly between 8.30 am and 9.00 am. Initially, the arrangement was that they stayed for forty-five minutes, they were very willing to do whatever small tasks I needed doing. After almost six weeks, the carer who comes most regularly advised the office staff that the work I required only took up to half an hour. This was immediately taken up by the staff, two of whom, including the manager, visited and rearranged the length of the visit.

The care provided for my son over five years was exemplary in every way.
He was always treated with dignity and kindness.
His health and well-being were always the most important thing.

His carers became his loved friends and we felt they loved him too.

As this was the first time we had used this service, I feel it could have been better, some days they were late getting to my mother and once she was forgotten as the main person had to attend, not happy. I feel as we were new, they could have made better effort to gain future visits.
