My experience is very positive. The carers treat my father with respect and consideration. It is very reassuring for family members to know that someone will be calling to our father daily and are keeping an eye on him and his health.

I am happy to be given the opportunity to provide a review for CARE4U2DAY Ltd. I live in Canada but was with my sister in Hemel Hempstead when the Owner and Staff of CARE4U2DAY were taking care of her. Upon our arrival, we were concerned that so many different staff were coming out to help during one day to provide care. However, they did make it work as efficiently as possible. Each staff member showed up at their appointed time, helped out as much as they could within the allotted time. Their presence allowed myself and my sister who were there from Canada to spend quality time with our sister who was going through the end of life care. Each staff member was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. My entire family would like to say a great big thank you to each and every one of them for being there for us and our sister at a very difficult time for all of us. We enjoyed getting to know all of you and will never forget your kindness and your caring.

I have never used a care agency before, and there were so many to choose from. I was looking for a care provider that could provide the best possible care for my mum; so that mum was comfortable and we didn't have to worry about her. Thankfully CARE4U2DAY was recommended to me.

CARE4U2DAY exceeded our expectations; they were excellent. They were honest, open, caring, authentic, genuine; they treated Mum with dignity, made Mum feel comfortable, safe and at peace in her home environment.

All members of staff always did more than they needed to; they would listen, and they all had excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend them.

It was truly an honour - Mom was loved by all of our care team, especially our registered manager.

My sister and I cannot give enough praise to the carers and senior staff of CARE4U2DAY in their support with our Father recently. Unfortunately, Dad passed away, but during the time he was looked after, we know that he looked forward to his morning and evening visits and was always very pleased to see the ladies and gentleman who got him up and dressed each day. Also, when things began to worsen for my sister and I, we were grateful for the advice, comfort and support we received from the senior staff which helped to direct us and obtain those things that Dad needed more and more. Without CARE4U2DAY helping us, we would not have felt confident in caring for him or keeping him safe and healthy. Thank you for everything.

Thank you, we were all very honoured that you allowed us to support your father and yourselves.

I live about 160 miles from my elderly father, who has a daily visit Monday - Friday from carers to bring him a newspaper and check he is ok. This is an enormous help to our family and provides help and reassurance to our father. The carers are always willing to help with whatever is needed, report back any concerns promptly and are always friendly and professional. Carers have recently helped with surgery visits, again a big help to the family. The carers are all competent and we have a great confidence in them.

Following a spell in hospital, my mother needed to have care arrangements put in place. A decision was made early on that we seek independent care. We contacted Care4U2day who offered support and advice without any pressure. Right from the start, they were personable and helpful. We have been with them for six months now and the carers are efficient and help Mum with what she needs. They treat her with dignity and also as a person. They are very friendly which makes their visits sociable, not just practical. My dad is also considered as they make sure he is alright too. If anybody has any concerns they will contact me. It gives me peace of mind to know that they are there and have this approach and I would highly recommend them.

My aunt is very happy with all the carers. I have personally seen the care provided. Without exception, they have a friendly manner, they treat my aunt with respect and have excellent hygiene standards. The care home manager attends on a regular basis and has made several suggestions on improving home safety/ comfort, i.e. better lighting, the need for new bed linen, food supplies running low, etc. These suggestions have been communicated in a pleasant and efficient manner. I feel it is a partnership, i.e. I am not lectured.

I am very `happy` that we chose this care company to help to look after my auntie.

My friend is so grateful to the owners of her agency for stepping in at short notice, when her other two agencies gave her no notice and did not return. What this agency did was just amazing, how quickly they transformed her life, she has six carers assigned to her and work as a group team. She now has a mobility car and goes to the gym and swimming in the mornings. The change in her life, what all the ladies do for her is just amazing. My friend always says I will need to talk to the care director first and has her mobile number programmed in. Anyone looking for an outstanding agency - just go to their website, don't look around, these are the best in Hemel Hempstead.
