CARE4U2DAY were simply amazing. They provided a very special and personal level of service to my mother and did everything they could to make her as comfortable and peaceful as possible. They went well beyond what we could have asked for or expected.
I found that the CARE4U2DAY Homecare Services team always arrived at the time they were expected If held up for any reason would phone to let me know.
They were always efficient and unhurried but above all, every one of the team were always cheerful, kind and gentle. The made the last weeks of my husband's life as happy and comfortable as possible.
I will always be grateful to them and highly recommend them to anyone needing home care.
The carers came when they said they would, provided first class care to mum as well as providing emotional support to the rest of the family, nothing was ever too much trouble and they treated mum as if she was their own mother, we could not have asked for more.
Thank you again for being there for us all.
This was very much appreciated and I would have no hesitation in recommending CARE4U2DAY Homecare Services to anyone else looking for care and support for their loved ones.
I have used the services of Care4UToday intermittently over the last 2 years, both in the daytime and overnight. The office staff are always friendly and welcome me back doing their best to help me often at short notice due to the variable nature of my condition. The care staff have always been polite and friendly, willingly doing what I ask.
I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
He was not allowed home, even though it was a retirement village unless he had help. That's where Care4U2day stepped in.
The staff were amazing, helped with all his daily needs, cooked for him, put his washing on etc.
They enabled him to stay in his own home with all the things he loved. As he became frailer, so they upped a number of times they went in. They always contacted us if they were worried or unsure about him, and liaised with us if he needed extra help.
He became friends with them and often would regale us with stories of their lives.
Towards the end, much to my everlasting regret, none of the family got to him in time, but he was not alone, his lovely carer put her life on hold that night and stayed to see him on his final journey.
The company are amazing. I can only hope there are people like them around when I need help!
The staff arrived promptly and attended with care to my needs and were very willing to be helpful.
If they were late, they would advise us by telephoning.
For some time now Care4U2Day have been calling in several times during the day to make sure that my approaching 90 years young mother has taken her medication, has food and liquids and is generally okay. But that is not all they do. They take the time to sit with her and listen to her family memories without watching the clock. My mother is wary of strangers but her carers have now become part of her family, which shows how much trust she has in them. Just the fact that they are there is reassuring to our family, especially as some of us live a long way away from the family home.
Personally, I cannot speak highly enough of Care4U2Day and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other families.
My father received exemplary care from the excellent staff at CARE4U2DAY, who were courteous, reliable, friendly, competent and professional. Based on my experience I highly recommend CARE4U2DAY. One thing in particular was the continuity of care; we had one principal contact and a couple of other members of staff. I imagine it can be very different with larger agencies where one might see a new face every day. Very many thanks to our friends at CARE4U2DAY.
All aspects of treatment and home care were undertaken with skill and concern for the client's dignity, safety and holistic wellbeing.
In addition, the concerns of the whole family were considered, especially those of my father, at a most difficult time.
My mother, who could at times not respond well to care regimes, always spoke very highly and passionately about the excellence of the care she received.
You and all your staff and team have our grateful thanks, respect and admiration. Thank you always.
