Lynne joined Careu4u2day in March 2022 as our Care Manager, bringing a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and 24 years of solid experience in the sector. Her extensive background includes supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across a variety of care settings, including domiciliary and supported living.
Lynne has led community-based programmes focused on enhancing independence and quality of life, managed comprehensive care and support plans, and overseen staff training and supervision. Her strong leadership and hands-on approach have been instrumental in delivering person-centred care and maintaining high standards throughout her career.
As Care Manager, Lynne is the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and effective management that supports the ongoing delivery of high-quality care.
