Caremark Plymouth

I am very happy wtih the care and carers I have. I find them very helpful and friendly and easy to talk to.

I thank Caremark over and over again for what they have done for me. I have lovely carers, who make me feel so calm, not at all embarrassed with my showers and every thing else they do for me. I couldn't do without them.

We have had no reason to disagree with the high communication we received since we chose Caremark to provide care for my wife some two or more years ago. The quality of the various individuals who have cared for my wife have been exceptional.

Get me out of bed, to loo and then to bathroom and wash then bring me breakfast downstairs and give me medicines. They give me lunch and tea and then get me ready and help me get into bed ready to sleep. Their organisation and care is of the highest and has helped me continue living comfortably, alone in my own home.

My care is very good, I get treated with respect.

I'm happy with the Caremark people because they care about you.

I feel so safe and confident with my carers. All of them I can tell them how I feel and they listen to me. I have every respect for them.

Caremark is very caring and efficient when looking after Mum. Have had other care firms in the past and they don't come close to them.

There are two members of staff who are excellent and always go above and beyond for my dad and I tell them this regularly, but also there are at least two that do the bare minimum and are basically lazy. Thankfully, they are not there so often. The other carers who come in are generally good and do their job efficiently. I have made the office aware of the fact that the lady who comes in last thing seems to please herself when she arrives and is paid for 30 minutes but is usually there only 10-15 mins. The office staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

What more can I say? It's excellent!

Very grateful for the care that was given to my mother in the last couple of years of her life. She was able to remain in her home until near the end with the kind attention from her carers. We were always kept up to date with any concerns from the carers and had prompt response to anything we needed sorting. She had a regular team taking care of her which enabled us as a family to become familiar with who was assisting her. Both carers and office staff went above and beyond to support us through a difficult time.

I am forever in their debt and wish to put upon the record that I would recommend Caremark (Plymouth) to anyone who has the misfortune to need 24-hour, round-the-clock, specialist care and support. To Caremark (Plymouth), I say thank you so much.
