We are really happy with the excellent care. Very well managed and organised with attention to detail. The careworkers are excellent, very chatty and good company for my father, also caring and compassionate.

Overall Experience

I wasn't happy about having homecare at first but Caremark dispelled any fears that I had. The carers are well-trained and friendly. There are regular service checks by the supervisors and I can phone the office if I have any questions or concerns. I cannot praise the whole team enough.

Overall Experience

The field carers are exemplary for the following reason. Standard of dress code, always smart. Relationship with client, warm, friendly, good listeners and very, very caring and considerate. Attention to medical procedures, very detailed and strict. "Get it right for you" attitude, good communication. The standards set are very high and the ladies achieve this consistently, I look forward to their visits!

As a daughter totally reliant on Caremark, I have a great relationship with all carers and office staff. They phone me whenever there is a problem, I feel totally supported by them. The care they give my mum is excellent service, always on time and go beyond their service. Can not fault them.

I wish to comment on the service I got with my stay-at-home care. My carer was friendly. If you wanted anything, they were there. They all wore their uniforms all the time and everyone was clean. Management was clean and tidy and I would recommend to anyone.
