One carer in particular was assigned to mum regularly, she, week in, week out made sure mum had what she needed from shopping to newspapers, clothes to medication. The level of care shown by her was truly fantastic. One member of the team had the unfortunate experience of finding mum on the floor more than once and with the help of the office to reschedule everything, stayed with mum until family or paramedics arrived. All this and more was very much appreciated, thank you.
Thank you, for your kind words. It is our absolute pleasure to be looking after your mum.
Thank you for taking time to do this review, the carers have to scan in and out of their visits to show us that they have been and to complete their tasks and notes. In using this system, clients and relatives can access their care plans, rotas and notes.

After a year of working on the wards, I decided to apply for the Nursing Studies course and completed my BSc (Hons) in Nursing Studies in the year 2000. After qualifying, I worked in the Orthopaedic ward at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. I then moved to work at Clifton Hospital and worked on the neurological rehabilitation unit for many years before leaving to work in the community as a matron. For the latter part of my nursing career, I worked for a local GP practice in a management role.
