From the initial assessment of my husband's needs to the care provided to him by such kind carers, this company has been outstanding. They always treated him with dignity, compassion and respect, chatting with him as they helped him. They respected our home and also provided me with verbal support,
which is also so important. It was a pleasure to have them here. I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using them again as and when it becomes necessary.

My father has had his home care provided by Sherwood Prime Care for three years. Throughout this time, the care has been outstanding. The carer provided was of an excellent standard, by well-trained staff. They arrived timely, were always respectful of the family home, and would always be encouraging
and smiling. They continually chatted with Dad, which is important in building relationships with clients. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for a care agency; the management and staff are superb.

I can't praise Sherwood Prime Care highly enough for the care they gave my husband for over a year until his death in April this year. My husband had Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's, so was very dependent on all of us. Our carers were amazing; they always had a cheery word, and they were dedicated,
compassionate, very caring, very efficient and professional. They couldn't help us enough, and for that, I am truly grateful because my husband was able to stay at home with me until the end. I also have to mention and thank the management team who were equally amazing and so helpful. Without question, I can definitely recommend Sherwood Prime Care to anyone.

Had the ladies from Sherwood Prine now for over 6-months, started with a couple of morning and dinner visits and was able to increase as needed. My mum looks forward to the visits, and it gives me respite from caring. Would highly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble, and very professional and helpful,
always a smile on their faces, which definitely helps.

Sherwood Prime Care team are an outstanding organisation/team. All the daily visiting carers that attended to Mum's needs entered with a welcoming smile, buzzing with affection, care and attention and always very professional. They met all Mums’ needs and found time to sit and talk to her, comforting
her with assurance, even putting moisturising cream on Mum's hands and face, putting Mum's hair into different styles during their daily conversations. They cared for our Mum for more than 5-years. Mum had advanced dementia. The staff dealt with feeding, cleaning and daily hygiene, dressing, and administration of medication. Three visits per day, seven days a week never seemed to be a chore to any of the staff. The staff went the extra mile during their visits. My stepfather wanted Mum to stay at home and to be cared for; they also cared for him when diagnosed with cancer. All of our family would really like to thank the team for their care, love and support during these difficult times.

All the staff are professional, friendly and polite. The carers treated my mother with empathy and respect at all times, as we always felt that she was safe and secure. The daily logbook provided an excellent way of communication between all carers, office staff and family members. Sherwood Prime Care
was recommended to me, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other families. Well done, team, on keeping up the fabulous work during these challenging times.

My mother is 88 and was finding housework difficult, and we knew it was getting her down. At first, she was reluctant to accept outside help until a friend recommended Sherwood Prime Care support. What a huge difference the help has made to her. The managers are so lovely, and Mum's allotted support
worker is a marvel! Nothing has been too much trouble. Mum now looks forward to the visits, not to mention having a natter! Thank you, Sherwood Prime!

The carers used to come in the morning to help my mum get out of bed. They used to help her get washed and dressed making sure that she had her breakfast and took her medication. Although I didn’t meet the carers in person, they used to have a written daily account of the tasks they had completed and
also wrote details of anything that they thought that we should be aware of. Likewise, we were able to write in their books anything that we needed them to do or any concerns we might have. If at any time the carers found that Mum was not her usual self or thought there might be more of a medical problem, then they would phone us to let us know. The carers were very kind and helpful to Mum and she spoke very highly of them. The care company did their best to come at the times that we wanted and actually had just put into place a later time to suit Mum, but unfortunately, Mum was hospitalised. The care company were a huge asset to our family and very much appreciated.

I call the Sherwood Prime team our green angels - because they are exactly that. Life for me and my parents was extremely difficult before they came into our lives. Mum and Dad were really not too keen on bringing in extra care, but very quickly adopted as the green angels made the transition so much
easier with their professional, yet highly caring and ultra-friendly ways. They are really grounded and down to earth, not patronizing in any way, which I think you can find with some carers, but a lovely bunch of professionals who I trust entirely to do the right thing by my parents and who my parents love having around. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would highly recommend Sherwood Prime Care. For me, from the office team through to each and every carer, they sit way above other care agencies. We can all sleep a lot better at night, knowing that we have Sherwood Prime Care in our corner, and I for one, will be eternally grateful for everything they do for our family.

My elderly friend was always very reluctant to have care within her home, but gradually with Sherwoods professional, caring staff, she began to trust and regard them as friends and look forward to visits. She always had her favourites, and those included the owner and the manager. She has independence
made of steel and a very, very wicked sense of humour.
Everyone loves her memories and stories of her early years. Sherwood has always gone the extra mile, and nothing has been too much trouble. So very grateful to find this company that I can totally without question recommend.

Been with Sherwood Prime care three years. The carers are friendly, polite and professional. They are always asking if they can do anything else for me. They are always on time and if not, someone in the office lets me know what is happening.

It is not often you meet genuine people that care, but for the past six years, we as a family have relied on Sherwood Care to help in the earlier stages of dementia taking Mum shopping, and doing other activities for our mum. Even now, where they go for an hour to sit with her and read, she is now bedridden
and in a care home. But when the family are away and unable to visit, it is nice to know that someone has sat with her for an hour. They have been amazing throughout the whole journey and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Great team and thank you.

I have been extremely happy with the service provided by Sherwood Prime Care Ltd. My dad has been a service user for many years and has now moved into a care home full time. He would not have been able to stay in his own home for so long without the personal care provided by the carers. They were very
patient and understanding of his situation. They carried out their duties with a good sense of humour and always went above and beyond. Thank you to all of them for making all the family feel better.

I was very pleased with the care provided for my mum from both carers and management from Sherwood Prime Care. Any teething problems at the start of my mum's care were dealt with straight away by the management. The carers always showed my mum kindness and always showed genuine concern for her well-being.
I found them to be 100% trustworthy and they always kept me well informed regarding any issues about my mum's circumstances and always took the time to talk to me about her as and when I needed to. My mum was very happy with the care she received until finally having to go into a nursing home and loved every one of her carers. I would definitely recommend Sherwood Prime care. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Because of them, my mum was able to stay in her own home just that bit longer.

Have used two other companies over 5 years. Sherwood Prime Care is heads above. Never had such clean, pleasant and caring staff and nothing is too much trouble. They stay their allotted time which is great as I don't feel rushed and there is time to talk. 10/10

I would recommend Sherwood Prime Care to anybody looking for 100% quality care and compassion. The ladies that look after Mum are fantastic, nothing is to much trouble. The quality of care is outstanding and Mum looks forward to the visits. Mum has early stage vascular dementia and the change in her
is wonderful to see. I knew from the first home visit that my mum would be looked after 100%. The care plan was designed around Mum's needs and the quality of care she needed. I knew from the beginning I could depend on Mum receiving 100% care.

I did not want a carer I only got them to come for my daughter's peace of mind. I am glad I did they make my day and night.
They are cheerful, well turned out and do the job without fuss. I have nothing but praise for them.
