I would recommend Sherwood Prime Care to anybody looking for 100% quality care and compassion. The ladies that look after Mum are fantastic, nothing is to much trouble. The quality of care is outstanding and Mum looks forward to the visits. Mum has early stage vascular dementia and the change in her is wonderful to see. I knew from the first home visit that my mum would be looked after 100%. The care plan was designed around Mum's needs and the quality of care she needed. I knew from the beginning I could depend on Mum receiving 100% care.

The service provided in, my opinion, is excellent. The carers are friendly and very caring towards my mum and provide a trustworthy service which I can rely on.

They are cheerful, well turned out and do the job without fuss. I have nothing but praise for them.

The relief I felt when care was put in place for my Mum was enormous. But more so the quality of the delivery of care has equally been as much a relief. Good communication and sensitive management has backed all of this up. I wanted my Mum to remain at home in her own four walls for as long as possible. Sherwood Prime Care are enabling this to happen. Mum's needs vary from one day to the next. The flexibility to meet these requirements and provide tailored care has been brilliant. There’s always a sensitive ear for me on the phone too, as at times things can be a challenge as a main carer support is always there. Thank you to an all-round team.

My mother has received an excellent service form Sherwood Prime Care. I particularly like the fact that she has a designated carer who does most of the visits and is very supportive. The company and staff are very friendly and reliable and I would have no hesitation in recommending others to use them.

The care that Sherwood Prime Care has provided for my father over the past few years has been exceptional during a very difficult time. Not only do the of the carers help dad with all his daily needs but the really care for him.

As the son-in-law of the client/service user, my mother-in-law, a lady of 92 and now who is becoming infirm. I was informed by a council social worker of a company called 'Sherwood Prime Care'. After a little initial interview with my mother-in-law and the relevant agencies involved, they (Sherwood Prime Care) were taken on as a private contract, as requested by my mother-in-law. There was no upselling of the company promising things that could not be delivered (unlike other agencies) and she has the chance and always does, to change her support plan if she needs more assistance. The staff are always clean and well presented in uniform. After prior dealings with other DCA's and care companies in general, I am extremely impressed with the professional conduct of the team that works with my mother-in-law. Knowing that every day she will have a visitor and that she gets to know each one, gives me a break when I can just 'switch off' and deal with my own pressures in life 5*.

Sherwood Prime Care have been absolutely perfect carers for my 92-year-old father. They are caring, professional and have been very flexible to our needs, and I must say have gone the extra mile in every situation. I would highly recommend them to other people. First class in all areas.

Carers come daily. No issues with the service. The ladies are caring and kind, always offer more service than we require. Carers who have been so far are approachable. Would not manage without this help.

My husband doesn't feel uncomfortable when he has his three hours sit. He is more happy with this company because he is never neglected by the carers. They cook his food very carefully and always make sure he doesn't choke on his food, drinks etc.

They supported both mum and me at a very difficult time and I do not know what we would have done without them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The ethos, professionalism, support, attitude, and quality of the carers, manager and owner have exceeded my expectations and I share this experience with everyone I come into contact with. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I feel we are all part of one team trying to support my Mum who has Dementia to continue to live at home for as long as possible. Also, it was very important for me that Mum is happy with carers coming into her home and she loves every one of them and sees them as an extension of our family.

I have been using Sherwood Prime Care since March 2017 and have found them to be excellent in every way. The carers are very professional, very caring, attend to all my needs, they are always cheerful and I look forward to their visits to me every day. The carers are well managed and supervised and management staff keep in touch with me on a regular basis to ensure I am happy with the service provided. The carers always have the time to chat, have a laugh/giggle and make me feel very special and cared about. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
