Very good communication. Does all that is asked. Felt the two carers are trustworthy.
We are delighted with the service being provided. The caregivers are cheerful, helpful, reliable and professional. The support from the office is very good. It is a relief to know that our relative is being so well looked after. Without this support he would not be able to stay in his own home.
The service provider we use are absolutely fantastic. The reviews happen frequently, any queries or issues we have are dealt with immediately and efficiently and the contacts at Home Instead are in contact frequently. Mum is more than happy with all aspects of the care she receives.
The carers are caring and pleasant and go the extra mile even when not needed. They have become faces that mum relates to as friends. We are all extremely happy with the service and grateful we found this company and staff.
Punctual and reliable would certainly recommend.
My grandad uses Home Instead Senior Care (St Helens) and they are very good. They are very efficient and any questions I have they are sure to answer. My grandad also seems very happy when they are there and when they have been. Overall I am very happy with the service.

Meet the Team (4)
Having cared for my own elderly relatives for many years, I understand just how emotional and challenging it can be to support a loved one, or to place your trust in others to do so. Experiencing first-hand the importance of reliable, high-quality care led me to step away from my career and become the main care professional for my family, ensuring they were always treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
This experience is what inspired me to start Home Instead St Helens. I was drawn to their strong belief in promoting independence, choice, and quality of life for older people, as well as their commitment to providing consistent Care Professionals who build meaningful, trusting relationships.
In my role, I focus on building strong connections within the local community, working closely with organisations and partners, and ensuring our service consistently delivers the highest standards of care.
