My wife was looked after for about two years. The care she received was first class from every member of staff. My wife looked forward to their visit and she and the staff had some laughs and enjoyed each other’s company. I could not have had better carers to look after my wife and I am so very grateful.

All the carers were amazing with my mam showing her respect and dignity. They had a friendly approach and kept me up to date with what was happening when attending to my mam, if I was there they always made me feel involved.

This is my third company, as I began home care in 2006 and by far the best. I am impressed by the caring, client-based ethos and am so grateful that my last care company were unable to give me the extra care which I now need.
Communication with both office and care staff is available. Times of care
are kept and weekly rotas given. Requests are listened to and answered. Thank you Right at Home care staff.

Right at Home have supported my mother for the last couple of years and have been simply great. The carers are her friends and nothing is too much trouble - no clock watching just whatever is required to meet her needs. We get a roster each week detailing the visits and carers and a phone call if this
changes. The office team is very supportive and always available, including the owner.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone needing assistance at home for themselves or relative. Certainly a much better option than residential care.

My father was cared for by the Right at Home team for five years. As my father's health declined, the team were always there to meet his needs. They carers fulfilled their duties with care and consideration, were always kind and went that extra mile. I found the team to be very supportive of myself
if I had any concerns and when I raised them, they were always addressed quickly and to my satisfaction.

Right at Home had provided very good care for my mum for 4 years. In November she returned from hospital to be at home to die as was her wish. The Right at Home team pulled out all the stops to provide 24-hour care at short notice when she was discharged. The girls who came knew Mum well and went
out of their way to care for her in her last few days which made all the difference to Mum's physical and emotional comfort. They also offered support to various members of the family. It helped to make the end of Mum's life as easy as possible. Professional and caring to the end.

The girls that deliver the care are an absolute delight, they are pleasant and polite.
It's nice to see them when they arrive. They do all the jobs that I ask them to do and take care of my needs.

The care services provided by Right at Home were excellent. We started with a 2 hour morning visit to help my father to get up, get washed and dressed. The carers were lovely and felt like part of the family and my mother and father looked forward to them coming in the morning. After my father had a
2 week hospital stay following a fall in the night it was decided that 24/7 care at home was needed. The business owner was incredibly helpful in arranging a package of care very quickly at a very difficult time for not only my father but also the whole family. He completely understood how upsetting it was for us and was available at all sorts of hours of the day and evening to help us. Any problems were resolved quickly. The carers were lovely and one, in particular, was wonderful. Unfortunately, we eventually had to make the decision that my dad needed to go into full-time care and once again the business owner was very understanding and supportive.

We first used Right at Home when Mum returned home from a 6-week stay in hospital after breaking her wrist.
We had experienced problems in the past when we had a number of different carers and no continuity, which is vital as Mum suffers from vascular dementia, so it was comforting to hear that Mum
would have the same carer 5 days a week, 3 times a day and the second carer would be the same on the other 2 days. Both carers were excellent and dealt with Mum kindly, professionally and with understanding, allowing her to keep her dignity.
I have no hesitation in recommending the company as they are very easy to deal with and return calls promptly and all of the staff have been helpful.

I chose Right at Home due to my father's ill health and his wife having dementia.
They could not cope on their own anymore.
I found Right at Home fantastic.
My dad became very attached to a number of carers who on a daily basis visited and looked after himself and his wife's every need.
As l live
in London it was important to me to know they were both in very safe hands.

Right at Home are looking after my Mum 24 hours a day. What difference has this made to us as a family? Well, firstly we can sleep at night knowing that she is in very safe and caring hands. From the top down this team has been amazing.
They carried out a full assessment of the home and Mam's
complicated health needs as well as her own personal likes and dislikes around the home. The staff are respectful and caring and are very well trained in all aspects of their job. But not just that, they genuinely care. My Father, who is also ill but looks after himself for now, has previously resisted any help in the home, but has come to rely on the support and kindness of this company. He truly would be lost without them, the whole family would! We can't thank them enough.
