Right at Home (Tyneside)

Right at Home has provided my husband’s care for a number of years. The quality of carer is of the highest standard and they are always willing to go the extra mile. The management are always willing to listening and do what they can to make our lives easier. I would highly recommend Right at Home (Tyneside).

My only regret is that we did not find them sooner!

She does need their help but it is also lovely that if there is time they will have a chat with her too.

Right at Home Tyneside has looked after my mum for the last 3 and a half years. The carers were always very supportive and my mum saw them as friends rather than just carers. The management team are always accessible, both during normal working hours or whenever we have needed them out of these hours. I would not hesitate to recommend this care agency to anyone.

My wife was looked after for about two years. The care she received was first class from every member of staff. My wife looked forward to their visit and she and the staff had some laughs and enjoyed each other’s company. I could not have had better carers to look after my wife and I am so very grateful.

Excellent Service.

Very excellent service. When you need carers or management, always available 24-7. Nothing is a bother to them.

Communication with both office and care staff is available. Times of care are kept and weekly rotas given. Requests are listened to and answered. Thank you Right at Home care staff.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone needing assistance at home for themselves or relative. Certainly a much better option than residential care.

My father was cared for by the Right at Home team for five years. As my father's health declined, the team were always there to meet his needs. They carers fulfilled their duties with care and consideration, were always kind and went that extra mile. I found the team to be very supportive of myself if I had any concerns and when I raised them, they were always addressed quickly and to my satisfaction.

The carers are friendly and very helpful. Nothing is a bother to them they are very understanding.

Right at Home had provided very good care for my mum for 4 years. In November she returned from hospital to be at home to die as was her wish. The Right at Home team pulled out all the stops to provide 24-hour care at short notice when she was discharged. The girls who came knew Mum well and went out of their way to care for her in her last few days which made all the difference to Mum's physical and emotional comfort. They also offered support to various members of the family. It helped to make the end of Mum's life as easy as possible. Professional and caring to the end.

The carers were very well trained.

A thoroughly professional care service. They have treated my wife with dignity and love. The staff are well trained and courteous.

It's nice to see them when they arrive. They do all the jobs that I ask them to do and take care of my needs.

My mother is much happier at home after being looked after by the girls who she is very relaxed with and they are excellent with her. With their care and attention, she is improving day by day.

The care services provided by Right at Home were excellent. We started with a 2 hour morning visit to help my father to get up, get washed and dressed. The carers were lovely and felt like part of the family and my mother and father looked forward to them coming in the morning. After my father had a 2 week hospital stay following a fall in the night it was decided that 24/7 care at home was needed. The business owner was incredibly helpful in arranging a package of care very quickly at a very difficult time for not only my father but also the whole family. He completely understood how upsetting it was for us and was available at all sorts of hours of the day and evening to help us. Any problems were resolved quickly. The carers were lovely and one, in particular, was wonderful. Unfortunately, we eventually had to make the decision that my dad needed to go into full-time care and once again the business owner was very understanding and supportive.

I have no hesitation in recommending the company as they are very easy to deal with and return calls promptly and all of the staff have been helpful.

My Mam has been using these carers for about 3 months now, and they are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. She has had various carers in the past but none of them gave the great standard and care that Right at Home give. They are very professional. I would like to thank all of you for Mam' s continued care.
