All the staff treat my partner and myself in a caring and conscientious manner which is so important after a stroke when people feel at their most vulnerable. They are always ready to listen also. Well done Right At Home.

Right at Home are looking after my Mum 24 hours a day. What difference has this made to us as a family? Well, firstly we can sleep at night knowing that she is in very safe and caring hands. From the top down this team has been amazing.

They carried out a full assessment of the home and Mam's complicated health needs as well as her own personal likes and dislikes around the home. The staff are respectful and caring and are very well trained in all aspects of their job. But not just that, they genuinely care. My Father, who is also ill but looks after himself for now, has previously resisted any help in the home, but has come to rely on the support and kindness of this company. He truly would be lost without them, the whole family would! We can't thank them enough.

Right at Home Tyneside have been remarkably responsive to sudden changes in circumstances. The business manager has really gone the extra mile, and more, to get the best care and support services in place even on occasions with less than 1/2 day notice. This has been personal service at its best. It is also a joy to see the skill with which the dedicated and professional staff go about dealing with and managing, often challenging situations.

Right at Home have provided care for almost three years to enable their client to remain living independently in her own home. Over this time the carers have been dedicated and professional and shown a devotion to their caring role which has been humbling. Most recently, the emotional support offered by carers to not only their client but also those around her during a difficult period, has been overwhelming. They have shown great patience and exceptional caring skills.

I cannot fault the administration which has been extremely efficient, offering a service which made me feel as if this client was the only and most important client that they were supporting. I would like to thank the management for the day to day hands on advice and assistance which they have provided which has gone far beyond a simple service contract. The help that has been given over the years has consistently been proactive and comprehensive and has extended beyond 'normal office hours'.

As we had experienced poor care from another care provider looking after my Dad it was so reassuring when Right at Home were appointed to look after my stepmother on her discharge from hospital. Sadly it was only to last for a short time as she passed away at home peacefully. The level of care was exceptional, the staff are highly trained,very well supervised and the management of the company is first rate. I couldn't have been more pleased and especially as they took over the care for my Dad I had peace of mind. Before I retired to come home to look after my parents I had a long career working for the NHS so I was not a novice in this area and without reservation I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for care for their nearest and dearest

We have been using Right At Home for four months after a grim experience with another company and we are delighted with the quality of care they are providing. My 91-year-old mother cannot get out of bed without assistance and it is crucial that she does not have to wait for her needs to be met. The carers are on time, cheery and always make her feel important. They pay particular attention to her cleanliness, showering her each day, and engage with her socially.

We have also asked the company to carry out household duties which they do conscientiously. Her flat always looks clean and tidy. Her washing is done regularly, bins are always emptied, and help is given towards her catering needs. Occasionally she has requested an emergency call-out and this has always been achieved. This flexibility is appreciated and gives peace of mind to the person being cared for and their family. I am delighted to recommend Right At Home because of their consistently professional approach to caring.

The care my sister received from Right at Home Tyneside, was quite simply excellent. Her carers were exceptional. Their professionalism and care were outstanding. They made her laugh, they gave her hugs, they sang and danced with her, they took her on outings, as well as looking after her every need, every day. She thought of them as friends and looked forward to every visit from them.
The business owner is very approachable, he also is very caring, nothing was too much trouble, and he was always available at any time if I needed help with any aspect of caring for my sister. He often visited her, and she really looked forward to seeing him for a chat.

I would most certainly recommend him and his team. They are the best.

My mother had resisted extra care for too long. When she finally capitulated I think she realised, especially with the carers being the people they are, how helpful the care is/was. The extra social input undoubtedly assisted quality of life. The staff were very caring and genuinely empathic, but especially had the ability to facilitate and encourage independence in a safe manner.

My mother has late stage dementia and we had a care provider that was driving me to distraction. Late calls, different carers and no continuity. I found the Right at Home Tyneside’s website and left an enquiry on a Saturday morning and I was contacted by the owner on the Saturday afternoon and spoke with my sister on the Sunday. Customer service 24/7!!
Right At Hone Tyneside started to support mum the following Tuesday and have now been part of our lives for 8 months. The carers are like family members and I get a roster each week to let me know which girls are covering which shifts. The owner is always available, although I seldom need to call him these days, but he remains a regular visitor.

Changing our care provider to Right at Home Tyneside has been one of the best decisions I've made. A big thank you to everyone connected with the business.

I suffered an accident at work 3 years ago when I was 25 and am now a registered paraplegic, which, although I wish to remain fiercely independent, means I have severe impairment in motor or sensory function of my lower extremities.
I needed support from a provider that would respect my independence, fit in with my work schedule and leisure regimes.
Right at Home supports with my morning regime every day, which sometimes requires a great deal of patience from the carer, and each evening. On several occasions support has been provided for social events and it’s just like going out with friends.

I can’t recommend Right at Home highly enough. Everything I wanted in a support provider.

This firm looked after my wife for nearly two years before she died earlier this month. They were thorough, reliable, kind and very very considerate. My wife had increasingly complex needs but they rose to the challenge and helped me cope with what would otherwise have been an impossible situation. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded to emergencies with calm efficiency. To anyone in a similar situation I would not hesitate to recommend them.

When dad's health deteriorated and he began to need carers, we contacted this company on recommendation from a friend. As a family, we have only the highest praise for both the management and staff. They put in place a regular team who would care for dad and because they became familiar faces,he quickly formed a bond with them and was happy for them to undertake his personal care when he was unable to do so himself.
As his condition deteriorated and we required additional care, it was no problem for them to increase the number of visits, sometimes at short notice.
The carers themselves are brilliant and are a credit to the company and themselves.
In short, you need them, you call them and they are there......superb service day or night.

We cannot praise them highly enough.

All our family are highly delighted by the caring service Right at Home has provided for my sister over the last three months. From the initial contact it was very apparent the owner strives to provide a very high standard of care. He listened to our needs and wants then went more than the extra mile to find solutions to the problems, refreshingly different to the take it or leave it approach of the other six agencies I contacted. This attitude has persisted, he has proven to be approachable, available and responsive and he has earned our confidence in his continuing involvement and obvious interest in the quality of service his company provides. The carers, without exception, have been professional and caring, reliable and trustworthy and above all they have been kind, considerate and respectful of my sister's needs, she very much enjoys their company. Speaking on behalf of my family and sister I can say in all honesty that we cannot fault the service we have experienced, it's fair to say it has exceeded our expectations.

This is a very engaging company who work very hard to try and meet the needs of the client and also to keep the family well informed of any problems and issues that need to be attended to. As someone who doesn't live in the area, this is important. The RAH Tyneside management team are excellent and great communicators who really try hard. They don't get everything right, but they work hard to put things right when problems arise. The overall care for our mum couldn't be better and the staff they employ are excellent.
