This care provider has proved to be professional and very pleasant and obliging. She is supportive in discussing and making suggestions about how she can best help me as her client and is very willing to fit in with my plans and to consider my needs. When appropriate, she makes suggestions about how she can best serve these needs.

I'm happy with the service that is given to me and find everyone is respectful. They always ask for my permission before going into the bedroom and always check my meds have been taken. No problem with the staff: get on well with all of them.

The family (3 daughters) and my mother are very happy with the service provided. All carers are very kind and caring towards my mother. The family have every confidence that our mother is being well cared for whilst we are not there.

I cannot praise Prime Support enough. Nothing is too much trouble for any one of the carers. It is a pleasure to have the carers in my home. They are extremely friendly, shouting hello when they come through the door and chatting away as they prepare my meal and do what other jobs are required.

We are so very lucky to have Prime Support Service Ltd to care for my dad he is bedridden 92 years old and has Dementia, Alzheimer's, type 2 diabetes, heart failure, gout etc, etc

We have had other agencies they have not done a thing to help not even washed his face. They are run as businesses and do not actually "care". Then in July 2016 Prime Support Service Ltd walked int our lives and became and extended family. My dad is happy he is cared for, clean and carefully looked after. They support me and I actually relax, knowing I can trust them.

Carers who visit mum are great, caring and treat mum with extra care. Have had weeks when there have been too many carers, had to complain, this now seems to be OK. There has been a mix up with rotas meaning carers did not show. Feedback given to prevent this doesn't seem to be not taken on board by higher management.

My review really hasn't changed from the last review.
I find this company caring and go beyond their duty to care for their clients.

I find their help amazing and the family (children) and I can rely on them and my children are at ease with the staff. My children are very funny who they interact with so we are 1 happy family with the care we receive.

Some of the carers are lovely, others come in like a whirlwind. All the staff are great and attend to what I want. Some are chatty, others are quiet. Some come late having been help up with traffic. I feel sorry for some who have no transport when it rains.

This is an excellent service, very reliable and go out of their way to make sure everything is done and left how you like it. Very efficient and arrive on time and explain things and make sure everything is okay for my husband etc. if they see any redness on him they report it to me. They have a laugh and joke with him so he feels calm when they are getting him ready for the day. I don't know what I would do without them as they are like family to us and even help me if I need it.
