So far my care has been very good. This is because I have visits by regular staff whom I recognize. Staff who are familiar with my needs and work towards making me feel secure and comfortable in my own surroundings. It makes so much difference to be cared for in this manner.

Respectful Care came to assist me with caring for my mum who has Alzheimer's. The carers were very polite and friendly but remained professional in every way. I would highly recommend respectful care to anyone requiring help with a family member or friend.

It’s always hard entrusting your loved ones into someone else’s care, but the staff are so caring and understanding towards my mum it has put me at ease. Mum always said she didn’t want carers, but they have gone above their duties to make sure she is happy and safe and Mum has now come to accept them.

I have been very grateful for the care provided for my Mum. Staff are kind and caring, and very responsive to Mum's changing needs. She is a challenging client in some respects, but they manage to communicate effectively with her despite her deafness and confusion. Leaving full notes in the running
record of visits is particularly helpful for me since I cannot visit for more than 2 days a week. Keeps me informed and alerts me to any potential difficulties. Management has been very efficient - all changes to Mum's needs and times of visits have been acted on swiftly. My only criticism would be that it would be helpful if Mum saw a smaller group of carers so that she got to know them individually - but I know that scheduling this is not easy! Thank you for all your work.

The 2 main carers who look after mum are very efficient and understand mum's needs. They are aware of mum's issues and deal with them very well.

My aunts have had excellent daily care from this agency. The care workers are respectful, polite, good-humoured and friendly. They arrive on time and carry out whatever tasks are needed competently in a calm and efficient way. They respond to my aunts' individual daily needs well but also are alert
to any other needs or issues which might require attention. Any concerns have been passed on to their manager and straight to me which I have found very reassuring. The agency has adjusted the timing and duration of visits to ensure effective support and I am confident that they will continue to be flexible in the future should this become necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend this care agency to others.

Respectful Care look after my dad. It came as a shock to him when he had his stroke and I was unsure how he would react to having carers as he had been so independent especially when my mum passed away. I was very happy that he immediately took to all the staff both from the office to the girls and
boys who visit him every day. With their care and encouragement, he has come a long way to getting back to himself and progressing in his recovery. They know just what he needs and nothing is too much trouble for them.
I wouldn't want any other care company to look after him and can relax knowing my dad is completely safe in their hands when I'm not there.

Sally Wells, Respectful Care’s Recruitment Manager and Mental First Aider has been with the company for many years and is an invaluable asset to staff and clients by utilising her previous Registered Care Manager role, with her current role.


Understanding the pressures of daily living, whilst also understanding the care industry in great depth makes Sally a tower of strength when supporting new and existing staff.


Staff and others often reach out to Sally for support due to her kind, calming and caring nature.
