I am very happy with the care I get. The carers are very kind and helpful.
The care/support from Caremark (Coventry) given to my wife is very good. The carers are helpful and if my wife is having any issues, the staff phone me and also leave me notes to let me know of any problems. Management staff are also helpful with any requests I have. Overall I'm pleased with the service.
Having carers 4 times a day I am very pleased with the service your company offers and gives to my mum.
Care is normally given in the appropriate manner and the carers are friendly and efficient. However when my regular girls are off, I find the staff are not very good as usually they have only called to deal with me once or twice before.
Overall an excellent experience
The overall experience from Caremark has been very good. The daily carers have been very friendly and helpful. Dad particularly likes one carer as he enjoys his company. The care nurse has been helpful and empathetic.
My experience of the company so far has been excellent. Nothing to complain about. Staff are very good. Keep up the good work.
I can highly recommend Caremark for their efficiency, politeness and respect. My carer is wonderful, she does everything she possibly can for me, her care, attention etc is beyond praise. I cannot speak too highly of her and would be lost without her.
Only had trainee carers omitting to lock the front door when leaving and not visiting at breakfast time once. No problems since.
So far I can highly recommend the operation.
Thank for your review and comments. I will ask the CM to give you a call. I am glad to here that you are happy with our services we are providing to you.
A huge weight has been lifted, the carers are excellent and have won her confidence and treat mum and us with dignity.
As a family we still support mum but we are safe in the knowledge that there is a professional structure of carers underpinning her health and well being. Thank you.
We have moved to Caremark(Coventry) over three months ago and we are really happy with the service, we have had few care agencies already
My parents are really happy and that makes our life very easy.
Keep up the hard work Caremark.
We are pleased with the care.
I just need an earlier morning call as I have the Neuro Rehab Team about 4 times weekly, so if I'm ready before 9 am, that's great.
The carers have been very attentive to my needs and very professional.
Always accommodating when I've had hospital appointments at short notice.
Dad is now looking forward to the football match you promised!
I am so pleased with the care Dad is being given and special thanks to the Field Care Supervisor. Apparently, he sings Bing Crosby songs to Dad! Dads face lights up when he sees him walk through the door, he also has a few Vera Lyn songs for special occasions!
A big thank you to all Dad's carers. He keeps telling me how lucky he feels with the attention given to him.
A BIG Thank you.
In this short time, we have so far had a very satisfactory experience.
The staff have regularly been competent, reliable and pleasant.
I would definitely recommend this company to others.
They have met all my care needs as my condition has changed.
It can sometimes feel rushed, however, I prefer continuity and efficiency.
I always feel empowered to improve my physical level through the support of my carers and rehabilitation team handover.
They treat my husband and son with utmost respect.
Sometimes I feel that the office staff don't listen to feedback, however, this is much better lately.
Relief carers when regular carers are off duty are good, it would be better if these were also the same carers.
I have been very pleased with all aspects of this service, the staff are very friendly and caring and responsive/accommodating to anything asked of them. I would definitely recommend to others.
Very good and caring. They are polite and considerate to all the family and the client. Highly recommend this company to others. Very passionate and knowledgeable. Good standard of integrity. Keep up the good work - Well done!
As I am blind I rely on the Caremark staff to keep myself and my home clean. I could not keep my home clean by myself or clean up after my guide dog. They ensure I have eaten and are very patient with me when they take me shopping.

Meet the Team (12)
I launched Caremark Coventry in 2013, with the ambition of adding value to peoples' lives, especially those that wish to stay at home as long as possible.
With 39 years of experience in the care sector, Sonia has built her career on compassion, dedication, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of others. She began her journey as a hands-on carer, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, and has steadily progressed into more senior roles, including Care Coordinator and Care Manager. Her primary focus has been within the mental health sector, where she has developed a strong understanding of complex care needs and the vital importance of empathy, consistency, and respect.
For the past eight years, Sonia has been proud to work with Caremark, an organisation whose values closely align with her own. During this time, she has taken on increasing levels of responsibility and, for the past three years, has held the role of Registered Manager. In this position, she oversees the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards while leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of dedicated care professionals.
Sonia is truly passionate about her work. For her, supporting people to live as independently and fully as possible is not just a job—it’s a lifelong mission. She believes strongly in empowering both service users and staff, fostering a culture of respect, growth, and continuous improvement. Sonia takes great pride in building strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, staff, and other professionals, and in shaping services that truly make a difference in people's lives.
Throughout her career, Sonia has gained a deep understanding of both the challenges and rewards of the care sector. Her leadership is grounded in experience, integrity, and a genuine belief in the value of high-quality care. She remains committed to raising standards and creating an environment where both clients and care teams can flourish.
With 26 years of dedicated experience in the field of domiciliary care, Tammy has developed a deep understanding of the industry and a broad skill set that continues to grow. For the past eight years, she has been a valued member of the Caremark Coventry team. Her journey began in the Human Resources department, where she focused on supporting and managing key HR functions. Her dedication, attention to detail, and clear potential were quickly recognised, paving the way for her professional growth.
Tammy was later promoted to the role of Finance Manager—a position in which she continues to thrive. Her commitment to the role, combined with a strategic mindset, allows her to take on challenges with confidence and identify new opportunities for improvement. In addition to financial oversight, her work involves strategic planning and operational support, helping to ensure that company policies align with the needs of both clients and staff. Tammy’s focus is always on fostering a supportive, efficient, and people-centred environment.
Healthcare has long been a passion for Tammy, and this continues to drive her commitment to ensuring that client concerns are resolved swiftly and that their needs remain a top priority. Her work is guided by empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tammy values quality time with her family. She enjoys travelling with her husband and cherishes moments spent with her children and grandchildren. This balance between work and personal life helps her stay grounded, energised, and focused.
With her extensive experience and heartfelt dedication to the sector, Tammy remains committed to making a positive impact within the Caremark Coventry community—ensuring that both clients and colleagues feel heard, valued, and supported.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mencillia is also a devoted mother, and her unique name has inspired many fond (and sometimes amusing) nicknames over the years—“mince meat” being a memorable favourite. She embraces these light-hearted moments with the same spirit of warmth and humour that she brings to her work.
