Eager to expand his impact in the sector, Patryk later took on the role of Registered Care Manager at another organisation, where he also served as Business Development Manager for an alternative provision supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Throughout his professional journey, Patryk has remained deeply focused on supporting both children with SEND and adults in need of care, combining compassion with a clear understanding of complex needs. His early experience as an informal carer for his great-grandfather, starting at the age of 15, laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to care. This early passion led him to pursue studies in nursing and paramedical science.

After relocating to the UK in 2015, Patryk continued his academic pursuits, earning a First Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and an MSc in Business Management and Digital Transformation. He also holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Adult Social Care, equipping him with the strategic and operational skills needed to lead and innovate in the sector.

In 2025, Patryk returned to Caremark, initially resuming his role as Field Care Supervisor. He currently works as a Care Coordinator and leads the development of services for private clients—bringing together his clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and business insight to improve care delivery.
