Belong at Home have been supporting my Mum for the last two months, and will continue to do so as long as she is able to stay at home. Mum suffers from Alzheimer's and is finding things more difficult. We are very impressed with the level of care they provide - they help Mum with any aspect of social or personal care, and are always very friendly and chatty. She really enjoys their visits and it has enhanced her quality of life as she lives alone. The Manager has spent a lot of time getting to know Mum and helping to ensure that she is happy with the care provided and that the settling in period went well.
Mum enjoys seeing the same 2 or 3 faces regularly, and they are always so helpful and very respectful of her and take time to talk to her about her life and what she has been doing. We have absolutely no hesitation in giving them a glowing review as they are providing Mum with an excellent service, and also giving the family great peace of mind. Thank you for all you do!
