From my very first encounter with Home Instead I felt confident that the staff understood the challenges of caring for aged parents with mental health needs/ physical needs and dementia. Everything seems to have been thought about. A highly personal approach has been offered and every time I need to contact Home Instead I find them sympathetic and accommodating. I cannot recommend them highly enough, indeed I have signposted some of my patients, (I'm a GP) to Home Instead as I am so impressed with their personal, thorough approach and high standard of care.

Home Instead Senior Care have been a life saver to us. Their care has been first class. Both parents have cancer and my mother has dementia, 6 months ago we were really struggling. Always the same carers at the same time and on time. Planned for up to once month ahead, emergency covering needed. Since I changed to Home Instead a year ago, I have not heard a bad word from the carers about the company or the job. I face my declining years confidently and happily with excellent care despite all my family being 50 miles away.

My father who was widowed in April this year has dementia, so we had to make sure the care provider the family chose was the right one to enable him to remain in his own home with an appropriate level of independence. The carers are excellent and have provided a caring efficient reliable service to exceptionally high standards which is essential for someone with dementia needing consistency and familiarity.
