Heritage Healthcare are an excellent company. They have looked after my disabled, housebound father for several years. The carers do everything from making his meals and attending to his hygiene needs to supervising him taking his medication as he has poor eyesight and tends to drop his tablets. The
carers are friendly, and always have time for a chat. They ensure he is comfortable and safe before leaving the house. The communication from carers and management is excellent, letting me know if they have any issues or concerns. They also communicate with my father's GP, district nurses and social worker. I would definitely recommend Heritage Healthcare.

My Mum was looked after by the Heritage Healthcare Cardiff team. The manager and her team were incredible and the care and attention they gave to Mum before she sadly passed away with a terminal illness went well and above what we could ever have hoped for. The professionalism, the care itself, the
support and the help with various agencies during Mum's illness were second to none and I hold this company in high regard - and living over a thousand miles and two flights away I have a lot to thank them for. Thank you.

My mother has been with Heritage Healthcare Cardiff for a number of years. The team supported Mum when she came out of hospital and this allowed her to continue living independently in her own home. I feel the care team are like extended family and they provide the extra professional care that I cannot
give my Mum. I am reassured morning and evening that Mum has been cared for and is safe. I would highly recommend Heritage Healthcare in Cardiff.

Heritage Healthcare are really great. The team there have been looking after my mother for a number of years. They are very kind to her and always take the time to have a chat. As she has dementia, my husband and I are very reliant on the service they provide, especially when we are away from home.
They are very flexible with arrangements and always try to accommodate any changes or increases in the care requested. I highly recommend them.

I find all the carers to be of a cheerful disposition, always friendly and helpful. My wife always responds to them with a smile on her face even though she suffers from bad dementia. The carer team from the top-down, are brilliant.

My Mum has been with Heritage for over two years and right from the start they have been fantastic. The manager is hands-on and very approachable. They always go the extra mile and ensured Mum's safety is a priority.

Heritage Healthcare provided amazing care and support for my mother over the past 3+years through her decline with Alzheimer's. Especially in the transition period over the 3/4 months with her moving into a full-time care home. They treated her like a close family friend and Mum was always pleased to
see them on arrival. The management and carers have also visited her in her new care home. They are all angels in my eyes!

Multi-lingual Jameela, an ambitious and dedicated business woman with excellent management skills is the owner and director of Heritage Healthcare in Cardiff. Jameela shares the ethos and values of Heritage Healthcare, which is to exceed client expectations and make a true and real difference to peoples’ lives.


Jameela said: “People want to stay in their own homes, where everything is familiar and they can have family and friends popping in whenever they like. We provide the highest standards of care so that people can maintain their independence, remain living in their own homes and enjoy a good quality of life.”


Currently studying Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services, Jameela is keen to learn about every aspect of the business and to further develop her skills and knowledge of Health and Social Care – even though it isn’t a requirement.
