I have nothing but praise for Heritage Healthcare and the professional care it has provided to date. The service has been reliable, thoughtful and consistent in the first 4 months. The support and attention my mother has received has gone beyond my expectations and I admire greatly how each member of
staff I've met and dealt with goes about their work, which sometimes has to be unpleasant for them. This includes the personal care and bathing which has been undertaken with dignity and care. I have also felt very much supported which has made a big difference to my life as well as my mothers. In 2 crisis situations, the carers involved were calm and organised. The company has a personal touch which has allowed change and flexability as well as attention to detail. My mother's acceptance of the service has also been down to the positive ethos of the staff and company.

Before my discharge from hospital I was told I needed carers and was concerned as I had heard negative reports from the media and friends. But all the Heritage carers have been, without exception, kind, professional, cheerful and efficient. Some of the tasks are not pleasant but they are undertaken
in a calm and 'matter of fact' manner that eliminates embarrassment. They have never missed a visit and I look forward to their arrival - they lift my spirits and we usually have a laugh together. So thanks to everyone in Heritage.

The company staff, from the manager to the individual carers, have been kind, caring and very supportive from the outset. The carers take time to chat to my mother and treat her as they would a loved one of their own. Staff have also been very understanding and have given their time when I have needed
support, due to the stress of looking after my mum.

To anyone considering having a care worker for themselves or a relative, there is no better company I believe you can get than Heritage Care.
The carers are all extremely hard working. They turn up on time, always in their uniforms, are always so cheerful and always find the time to have a chat with
you. They make sure you are washed and dressed, ask what you would like to wear and what you wish to eat and drink.
Everything is washed up dried and put away.
If you would like your hair washed then they will wash it for you. I would say nothing is too much trouble for them.
Even during extreme weather, your carer will arrive. An elderly or infirm person relies very much on a carer. Quite often a Heritage carer maybe the only person that elderly person will ever see, therefore getting the right Carer and Care Provider is very important.
The carers I have from Heritage Care are a fantastic team of carers. They are simply the best!

Heritage Healthcare (Cardiff) have been such a great help to me and look after my husband. They are lovely always kind and efficient never had let us down, my husband is going to need more help as his illness progresses and I know carers and management will be there for us during this time. All carers are very friendly and efficient. They take the time to chat as well as making meals and assisting with personal care. I see the same carer regularly so have built a good rapport. Very helpful choosing clothes to wear so that I am clean, tidy and well presented for visitors.

Multi-lingual Jameela, an ambitious and dedicated business woman with excellent management skills is the owner and director of Heritage Healthcare in Cardiff. Jameela shares the ethos and values of Heritage Healthcare, which is to exceed client expectations and make a true and real difference to peoples’ lives.


Jameela said: “People want to stay in their own homes, where everything is familiar and they can have family and friends popping in whenever they like. We provide the highest standards of care so that people can maintain their independence, remain living in their own homes and enjoy a good quality of life.”


Currently studying Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services, Jameela is keen to learn about every aspect of the business and to further develop her skills and knowledge of Health and Social Care – even though it isn’t a requirement.
