My father has stated that he feels Right at Home deliver a high standard of care as his previous carers did not work to the quality of Right at Home. He is contacted regularly from the registered manager to check he is happy with his carers. As my dad is terminal if he is or has had a bad time, they will listen and communicate to discuss how he feels. They provide all of his care in a person-centred way making sure that he is fully included in his care. Very impressed and excellent care.
Nothing was too much trouble, they were always cheerful and on time, never intrusive, they made both our lives more bearable until my husband passed away. They made homecare what it should be.
From the start of my care provided by Right at Home i have been impressed by how my carers turn up on time at all calls, how they respect and support me. Willing to have a laugh and make me feel better when i have a healthy dinner. I feel in control of my care.

Meet the Team (5)
I am married to my lovely wife, Sue, and have four children to keep me busy. After many years working as an accountant in a variety of organisations, including EMI, TNT and BBC Worldwide, I am delighted to be moving into the world of home care. Whilst I am proud of what I have achieved in the past, my role as a Right at Home franchise owner is taking me into a whole new world where I can help to improve the quality of life for others.
Customer service has always been central to my work ethic, and so it is a bonus that I can put this to good use in such a person-centred way. It is also a joy to be working with the bigger team at Right at Home, who demonstrate their kindness and passion for care every day. To complement my work, I have become a dementia friend and now a dementia champion. I was amazed to discover how much can be done to improve the quality of life for those with dementia, so long as you have the right knowledge.
Our company values are based firmly on person-centred care, and everyone here at Right at Home Swindon is utterly devoted to maintaining those values. So, if you want a friendly face to call in and help you with everyday tasks around the home, personal care, or simply to chat to then we have the perfect person waiting for you.
My incredible journey with Right at Home began in 2017. Starting as a caregiver and gradually advancing through the ranks, I'm proud to say that I now serve as the Registered Manager, a role I stepped into with passion and determination in October 2023.
Throughout my time here, I've amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience, bolstered by the completion of my Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care. This journey has been more than just a career path; it's been a calling—a calling to ensure that every individual under our care receives nothing short of the very best.
My commitment to excellence isn't just confined to the office; it's a driving force that fuels every aspect of my life. Whether I'm strategising ways to enhance our services or spending cherished moments with family and friends, my passion for providing top-tier care never wavers.
And when it's time to unwind and recharge, you'll often find me seeking thrills and laughter at theme parks. After all, life is about balance, isn't it? Join me on this journey of compassion, dedication, and joy as we continue to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Together, let's create moments that matter!
My name is Chloe, and I am the Care Co-Ordinator here at Right At Home. I began my journey at Right at Home as a Care Assistant in 2020. I then completed my diploma in health and social care in 2022, a milestone that allowed me to progress to my current role of care coordinator in 2023. I have always had a passion for looking after others and find immense joy in making a positive impact on people's lives.
When I'm not at work, you can find me dancing - a hobby I've enjoyed since the tender age of 3. I also have a love for travelling and exploring different parts of the world, experiencing new cultures, and making unforgettable memories along the way. I believe in embracing life to the fullest and am always eager to learn, grow, and connect with others.
I joined Right at Home in 2023 as a caregiver, where I had the privilege of building meaningful relationships with clients, providing personal care, managing medications, and preparing meals. As of 2024, I have embarked on a new journey as a Team Leader within our office team. In this role, I am dedicated to supporting our caregivers through regular supervision and conducting thorough client reviews. I deeply appreciate the support from my colleagues and look forward to growing alongside the company, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional care to our clients.
I joined Right at Home Swindon in 2025 after graduating in 2024, and I’m proud to be part of a team that makes such a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My role focuses on sharing the incredible work our CareGivers do every day and helping local families understand the high-quality care we provide. Marketing in the care sector is all about building trust, raising awareness, and showing the heart behind what we do.
Outside of work, I love staying active at the gym, travelling to new places, and going to music festivals and concerts.
How do you make sure our messaging reflects the quality and heart of our care?
I always aim to make our content feel genuine and reflective of the care we give. It’s not just about promoting services, it’s about sharing the stories and moments that show the compassion and connection between our CareGivers and clients. I take the time to listen to what’s really happening on the ground, then bring that to life through our messaging.
How do you highlight the voice of our clients and team in your work?
For me, the best way to show who we are is through the words of the people who experience it every day. I regularly gather feedback, quotes and stories from both clients and CareGivers. Their voices help others see the human side of what we do, and just how much care and thought go into every visit.
What role does marketing play in building trust with families?
Marketing is often the first time someone comes across Right at Home, so it’s important that what they see is warm, clear and honest. I focus on building trust by showing who we are, how we work, and the values that guide us. Whether it's sharing our CQC rating or introducing our team, it's all about helping families feel confident in choosing us.
How do you help promote openness, transparency and values-led care?
Everything I put out is grounded in our values. I make sure our communication is open, easy to understand, and reflects what really matters to us. Whether it’s a social media post or an email campaign, I keep things down-to-earth and authentic, so people feel they’re getting a true sense of who we are and what we stand for.
