RAH looked after my late Father for 4 years. They looked after Dad and showed him kindness and respect. As Dads needs increased they were quick to respond and communicated with the family at all times. I cannot recommend RAH highly enough, they made a difficult time so much easier for Dad and all the family. Thank you so much RAH.
Our experience at Right at Home has been excellent so far. The carers are kind, caring and friendly. They really have my dad's best interests at heart. The office staff are very efficient and I love the fact that we get a rota a week in advance and are able to see the carers' notes from the day. I feel very comfortable knowing Dad is being well looked after.
Many thanks for your kind comments regarding your Father's care with us. Our carers and care team really appreciate your feedback.
Since using Right at Home my mother's care has been really good and I feel very comfortable with all the carers that attend. They do lots of extra things that need doing and it is very refreshing to know that they look around for things to do. They are all very compassionate, friendly and caring. Would highly recommend.
Many thanks for your review and your kind words, it is very much appreciated by our carers and care team who love to hear feedback from our clients.
Good, very supportive. Always on time - 7 am start time. Caring and interested in the clients.

We are so grateful for the care Right at Home (Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh) provides for my mother. They treat her with such dignity and respect and have made a huge difference to her quality of life. The management team is very responsive and always listens to our specific needs. I have had Right at Home for about 10 yrs and carers have always been kind and caring and treated me with dignity. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Right at Home have helped me in many ways to care for mum at home. The office staff are always helpful and the carers care for mum with dignity, mum is very happy with her care which puts my mind at rest, R at h are always there for me and I cannot fault their service.
Many thanks for your review and very kind words Beverley regarding your Mum's care with us. Our carers love visiting your Mother and seeing her at our Christmas event last year. We let you have details of our next event.
Having had experience of care - this time have very high standards - the care I get is just about perfect and they are always willing to adjust hours.

The office are always helpful and polite.
The carers are all respectful, careful of my property, punctual and attentive to my needs and requirements.
The management team take a continual interest of my requirements and suit my care attention accordingly.
Many thanks for your feedback about our services. Our carers and office team love to hear that they are very much appreciated. Our carers have been visiting yourself for approximately eight years now, it is great to hear that we maintained such a high and consistent standard of care and support during this time. We hope you have a great holiday soon, our carers will miss visiting you!
I have found all the carers to be very caring, friendly, reliable and helpful and very obliging. I am always treated with dignity. Nothing is too much trouble. The office team are very understanding, caring and will arrange carer whenever possible. Nothing is too much trouble. One thing is the reliability of the service. I could not ask for a better company.
Many thanks for your review of the care and support we provide for you, we really appreciate your comments and our carers take great pride in the positive feedback they get.
Right at home are an amazing care company. Having swapped carers, the difference was apparent on the first day. The carers, "care" and do what's right for the client (my mum) they all use common sense and care for my mum as I would, which makes me feel confident with her in their hands. Amazing!
Many thanks for your review and kind comments. Our carers really enjoy visiting Mum and appreciate great feedback from our clients. We very muck look forward to seeing you and Mum at our Easter community event very soon.
I would highly recommend the whole team at 'right at home'. Their care and communication is excellent. It puts the family’s minds at rest that mum is so well looked after. They have become a brilliant part of the team caring for Mum so she can remain in her own home. Mum's support network is family and right at home.
We really appreciate your feedback and your kind words. It is an absolute please caring for your Mother, her carers really look forward to visiting her.
Communication between family and caregivers/office staff was very good and the ability to use an app to view details of each visit was invaluable. We felt that Right at Home was an extension of family and that they often went above and beyond for clients and families.
We noted that each caregiver made a real effort to get to know my stepfather and alter food choices and activities to suit his needs together with maintaining his dignity. The carers gave support, advice, and suggestions which were much appreciated by friends and family. The level of care, support, and friendship were exceptional and we honestly don't know how we would have coped without them.
Many thanks for your very kind words. It was an absolute pleasure to care for your Step Father and it was lovely to see him enjoying himself at some of our community events. Everyone from Right at Home wish him the very best in the future.
I chose Right at Home after researching online and reading their reviews. I can honestly say I could not have chosen a better care provider. My mother has found all of the carers to be friendly and helpful and enjoys their visits from my side. It feels like I'm talking to family when I phone the office and nothing is too much trouble. It's beyond reassuring to have them.
Many thanks for your review we appreciate your kind comments. Our carers look forward to visiting your Mother and taking her to one of our recent community events. We very much look forward to seeing her again at our next community event.
Right at Home is a good company. I was resistant to having anyone coming at first. But all of the carers have been lovely and friendly. I enjoy their company. They have been really helpful in supporting me with my hospital appointments too. I cannot rate them highly enough.
Many thanks for your kind words, it is lovely to know that you enjoy your visits from our carers after having some initial reservations regarding having home visits.
We have only just started using the services of Right at Home after using another care company. We found the level of care provided by the previous care company to be so awful we thought the only thing that we could do to keep Dad safe and happy was to think about residential care. The care he has had has been so much better than before and has totally changed our views on his future. They genuinely care for him, talk to him and look after him. It doesn’t seem to be just a job that needs to be fine for any of the carers we have met. They all go above and beyond for him and us as a family.
Many thanks Lisa for your review and kind words. It was lovely to see your Father and everyone else having a great time at our recent community event. We very much look forward to seeing everyone again at the next event. We will share your comments with our carers.
Right at Home provides caring and responsive support for my mother. They have worked well with the family to adapt the care plan as requirements have changed. All of the carers who visit are friendly and responsive to my mother's needs. Notes on attendance are detailed and informative. It is clear that each carer reads the notes from the previous visits. The carers work well with the family and other visitors such as the District Nurse. The administrative support is exemplary and very responsive to changes in arrangements. Communication by email or telephone is good. A pleasant company to work with.
We really appreciate your feedback which we share with our care team. It was lovely to see your mother at our recent community event, we very much look forward to seeing her again at our next one.
This is an excellent provider which we can trust and feel that our relative is safe in their care.
I have used Right at Home for eight years and I am totally happy with them. The care is excellent. I feel confident with my carers and they make me feel safe and my dignity is held up high.
Many thanks for your kind words. It is very important to us at Right at Home to hear that we provide an excellent level of care at all times and consistently well over long periods of time.
All of Mum's carers are friendly, capable, caring, punctual, polite and respectful of Mum's needs and personal likes/dislikes.
Everything has been great - easy to communicate with the office - things dealt with promptly. Very happy.

It can be overwhelming to decide on the best thing to do when someone close to us needs care, and we naturally want them to receive the very best level of care.
We provide clients with personally tailored care plans to ensure that their individual care and support needs and preferences are met safely from the comfort of their own homes, focusing on improving the quality of life of our clients by maintaining their dignity and independence.
The service provided is one of great flexibility and can be adapted according to the needs of clients on a short-term or long-term basis. Highly trained CareGivers combined with bespoke technology, ensure your loved one is safe and that you have the reassurance of knowing what has happened on each visit.
Care Assistants work to make a difference to the lives of everyone they provide care for. They are carefully chosen through a highly selective process of pre-screening, personal interviews, DBS checks (criminal records) and reference checks. All of our carers also undertake intensive induction training and shadowing before they can start working. All of our carers undertake continuous refresher training, personal development, supervisions, spot checks and have regular updated DBS checks.
CareGivers are matched to our clients before they commence care with their clients to ensure there is mutual compatibility. All of our carers can drive and have business insurance.

My name is Marie Gower I worked in London for several years, then after having children wanted to work closer to home. I started my career in care around 10 years ago working as a domiciliary caregiver. I have worked my way from Carer to Field Care Officer, Care Coordinator and Care Manager. I now quite proudly sit as Registered Manager at Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Havering.
By working my way through different care roles, I have found that I am able to manage, train and provide the best possible care in the safest and well-led way in which all our clients' carers deserve.
Care is my passion and my career, it’s not just a job. For me, it is vital to ensure that our care team and our clients always feel supported. For our staff, we have an “open door” policy as communication is key to provide safe and high-quality care at all times.
My name is Ellie and I study Business Level 3 at college. I am very interested in Health and Social care and thought this job of being a junior administrator would mirror extremely well with my college course as it is in the industry I am very interested in.
I really enjoy working with the office team at Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Havering, they are very welcoming, hardworking and are my role models as they have taken the path I would love to reach when I am at their stage of their careers.
Hi, I'm Daniella and I'm the Care Coordinator for Right at home Brentwood, Billericay & Havering.
I came back to Right at home In August 2022 as a care assistant having worked here before. I successfully applied for an internal vacancy as the company's Care Co-Ordinator which I started in January 2023.
I really enjoy my new role and working with a great care team.
Hello, my name is Lucy. After spending over 6 years in retail, I was looking for a change in career and a job that was more local to home. I started as a caregiver with Right at Home and eventually became field care support for Right at Home. My role includes both office work and caring. When I go to work, it doesn’t feel like just a job- sometimes it’s nice to just pop into the office and have a chat- everyone is so welcoming and supportive!
I have been working for Right at Home Brentwood since 2020.
I am very family orientated.
I have two lovely kids and a loving husband that supports me in everything that I do, so when I am not working I am spending my time with them.
When I saw a post on Facebook about becoming a carer, I thought why not give it a go and see if I could make a difference to someone else's life.
I believe I have as I have been working for Right at Home now for three years, I love being a carer and the most rewarding and happy part of it is if I see a smile or hear them laugh then I know I am doing a good job for them.
I've always been a people person, and I love to help others so working in care just seemed right for me. I just didn't know I would love it as much as I do! Outside of work I'm a busy mother of 2 and spend a lot of my time outdoors with my nature loving children and dog!
I started working for Right at Home Brentwood in October/November 2017 as I needed a job that fit around my family life as well as bringing in a higher income than what I was earning in the job I had at the time.
Throughout the years as a care assistant I have met some amazing people who have praised me for things that seem so small but for our clients its a world of difference and I still get that lovely feeling when I see a smile because of something I or 1 of our lovely ladies I work alongside have done, I have also advanced my portfolio with extra qualifications that R.A.H paid for and provided the tutors, I increased my hours as my children grew and was given the opportunity to become a field care supervisor, which I sadly had to step down from a year later because family life changed again but at every stage of my life in the last 6 years I have been supported in a job I absolutely love, I have 3 wonderful kids and 3 beautiful grandbabies 1 of which lives with me, I'm also the registered carer for my parents which I've been doing for many more year than I wish to count, I'm a nutshell my life is care and I couldn't be happier.
I am a mother to two almost grown up daughters! who are making me very proud with their attitude to life. My sweet cute dog also makes up our household.
I originally decided to be a carer due to the exceptional care my daughter received throughout her early years, fighting childhood cancer. During this time I also lost my dad, his partner and a good university friend to this dreadful disease. I felt obligated to give back and I left my city analytical career behind me.
During my childhood I was always fond of spending time with my grandparents and their peers; I therefore knew that I could communicate well, emphasise, respect and bond with my elders.
I have stayed working with Right at Home due to their supportive culture. I have been able to adjust my working shifts around my changing family demands. This has enabled me to have a good work life balance.
I have worked for Right at Home since January 2023.
I am new to the care profession, having previously worked in Banking and Estate Agency.
After losing both my parents I took some time to reevaluate my working life and decided that I wanted to give something back and find a job where I could really help people.
I can honestly say I have never enjoyed or felt so rewarded by any other job and I wish that I had made the move to caring a lot sooner!
I feel very supported by the RAH office team and by all of the other lovely ladies I work with.
I have met some amazing people and it is such a privilege to help them in their homes.
Outside of work I live with my wonderful partner and our dog Alfie. Between us we have five beautiful grown-up children, so we are now just waiting for grandchildren!!
I joined Right at Home in December 2022 my first role in the care industry. I see some really positive feedback online about Right at Home from other carers that work for them so I had a really good feeling about joining this company.
The in-depth training and support along with other carers make sure you’re comfortable to fulfil your roll and always there to help. I’ve met some really lovely clients and carers from joining Right at Home. I love working here, helping people and seeing them smile and laugh it’s not just a job you’re making a difference in their lives. I really couldn’t ask for a better company and team to work for.
Outside of work I spend my time with my 13yr old son who loves football or with my friends and family, shopping and socialising I also love to travel.
My family and friends mean more to me than anything else and I always treat our clients with the same dignity and respect as them.
