Enjoy when they come.
Right at Home have cared for my husband for about 2 years and we have found all the Carers to be lovely and very capable. I feel very supported by the office team and know I can call anytime if I have a problem.
The care and support my son receives is excellent. He always looks forward to his carer coming to take him out and we can relax knowing he will be taken care of. We have no hesitation recommending this company from our experience.
Top notch.
I found the company to be most accommodating and professional.
The staff are always on time and I feel safe and secure.
My husband has Alzheimer's and diagnosed end of life in February, when he could no longer do anything for himself. The carers have been brilliant with him, encouraging him to try and do things and sharing his sense of humour. They are so kind and gentle but also very efficient. Thanks to them he is now managing to stand with help and is able to shower again. They have also been very supportive to me, helping me to make or change the bed and see to his clothes. They have made my life much easier as a result. I feel we are working together to look after my husband. Initially, I wasn't sure what to expect from carers. One hears such awful stories but I couldn't have wished for better help and can thoroughly recommend Right at Home.
We are very happy with the care both of our parents are getting from this professional company. Their office team are helpful and knowledgeable and their carers are first class, they really do "care". Thanks very much.
Find the staff very helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them.
We are very happy with the care provided by Right at Home and we would recommend them to friends and family.
My dad feels very good, the care is excellent, the care service being provided has taken the pressure off the family.
My carer is reliable, always on time and provides outstanding care. My carer always performs her role, she makes me feel safe. She is like a friend to me.
My carer is excellent, I feel very safe with her. I am treated with respect and dignity.
Organising mums needs with the managers has been delivered in practice. Mum enjoys the visits and the timing is good and mum is always left safe. All in all very satisfied.
Having had considerable previous experience of care agencies and care workers, I can honestly say how delighted, and surprised, I have been with the overall service provided by "Right at Home!". The service has, without a doubt, benefited my father in his overall wellbeing and attitude to his remaining life.
We find the carers very helpful. They communicate well with the family. Nothing is too much trouble. We enjoy having hot meals cooked for us.
We are very pleased with our care. The carers are really good. They help us with anything we need.
Right at Home fully undertake my wife's needs and have delivered it with professionalism and compassion. They are a fantastic company and I would highly recommend them.

My carer is excellent, very caring and helpful and helps me remain independent at home. Right at Home are very reliable.

It can be overwhelming to decide on the best thing to do when someone close to us needs care, and we naturally want them to receive the very best level of care.
We provide clients with personally tailored care plans to ensure that their individual care and support needs and preferences are met safely from the comfort of their own homes, focusing on improving the quality of life of our clients by maintaining their dignity and independence.
The service provided is one of great flexibility and can be adapted according to the needs of clients on a short-term or long-term basis. Highly trained CareGivers combined with bespoke technology, ensure your loved one is safe and that you have the reassurance of knowing what has happened on each visit.
Care Assistants work to make a difference to the lives of everyone they provide care for. They are carefully chosen through a highly selective process of pre-screening, personal interviews, DBS checks (criminal records) and reference checks. All of our carers also undertake intensive induction training and shadowing before they can start working. All of our carers undertake continuous refresher training, personal development, supervisions, spot checks and have regular updated DBS checks.
CareGivers are matched to our clients before they commence care with their clients to ensure there is mutual compatibility. All of our carers can drive and have business insurance.
We provide care and support in Brentwood, Billericay, Shenfield, Hutton, Doddinghurst, Warley Ingatestone, Wickford, West Horndon, Rayleigh, Thundersley, South Woodham Ferrers, Benfleet, Hadleigh and the surrounding areas.
My name is Marie Gower I worked in London for several years, then after having children wanted to work closer to home. I started my career in care around 10 years ago working as a domiciliary caregiver. I have worked my way from Carer to Field Care Officer, Care Coordinator and Care Manager. I now quite proudly sit as Registered Manager at Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Havering.
By working my way through different care roles, I have found that I am able to manage, train and provide the best possible care in the safest and well-led way in which all our clients' carers deserve.
Care is my passion and my career, it’s not just a job. For me, it is vital to ensure that our care team and our clients always feel supported. For our staff, we have an “open door” policy as communication is key to provide safe and high-quality care at all times.
My name is Ellie and I study Business Level 3 at college. I am very interested in Health and Social care and thought this job of being a junior administrator would mirror extremely well with my college course as it is in the industry I am very interested in.
I really enjoy working with the office team at Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Havering, they are very welcoming, hardworking and are my role models as they have taken the path I would love to reach when I am at their stage of their careers.
Hi, I'm Daniella and I'm the Care Coordinator for Right at home Brentwood, Billericay & Havering.
I came back to Right at home In August 2022 as a care assistant having worked here before. I successfully applied for an internal vacancy as the company's Care Co-Ordinator which I started in January 2023.
I really enjoy my new role and working with a great care team.
Hello, my name is Lucy. After spending over 6 years in retail, I was looking for a change in career and a job that was more local to home. I started as a caregiver with Right at Home and eventually became field care support for Right at Home. My role includes both office work and caring. When I go to work, it doesn’t feel like just a job- sometimes it’s nice to just pop into the office and have a chat- everyone is so welcoming and supportive!
I have been working for Right at Home Brentwood since 2020.
I am very family orientated.
I have two lovely kids and a loving husband that supports me in everything that I do, so when I am not working I am spending my time with them.
When I saw a post on Facebook about becoming a carer, I thought why not give it a go and see if I could make a difference to someone else's life.
I believe I have as I have been working for Right at Home now for three years, I love being a carer and the most rewarding and happy part of it is if I see a smile or hear them laugh then I know I am doing a good job for them.
I've always been a people person, and I love to help others so working in care just seemed right for me. I just didn't know I would love it as much as I do! Outside of work I'm a busy mother of 2 and spend a lot of my time outdoors with my nature loving children and dog!
I started working for Right at Home Brentwood in October/November 2017 as I needed a job that fit around my family life as well as bringing in a higher income than what I was earning in the job I had at the time.
Throughout the years as a care assistant I have met some amazing people who have praised me for things that seem so small but for our clients its a world of difference and I still get that lovely feeling when I see a smile because of something I or 1 of our lovely ladies I work alongside have done, I have also advanced my portfolio with extra qualifications that R.A.H paid for and provided the tutors, I increased my hours as my children grew and was given the opportunity to become a field care supervisor, which I sadly had to step down from a year later because family life changed again but at every stage of my life in the last 6 years I have been supported in a job I absolutely love, I have 3 wonderful kids and 3 beautiful grandbabies 1 of which lives with me, I'm also the registered carer for my parents which I've been doing for many more year than I wish to count, I'm a nutshell my life is care and I couldn't be happier.
I am a mother to two almost grown up daughters! who are making me very proud with their attitude to life. My sweet cute dog also makes up our household.
I originally decided to be a carer due to the exceptional care my daughter received throughout her early years, fighting childhood cancer. During this time I also lost my dad, his partner and a good university friend to this dreadful disease. I felt obligated to give back and I left my city analytical career behind me.
During my childhood I was always fond of spending time with my grandparents and their peers; I therefore knew that I could communicate well, emphasise, respect and bond with my elders.
I have stayed working with Right at Home due to their supportive culture. I have been able to adjust my working shifts around my changing family demands. This has enabled me to have a good work life balance.
I have worked for Right at Home since January 2023.
I am new to the care profession, having previously worked in Banking and Estate Agency.
After losing both my parents I took some time to reevaluate my working life and decided that I wanted to give something back and find a job where I could really help people.
I can honestly say I have never enjoyed or felt so rewarded by any other job and I wish that I had made the move to caring a lot sooner!
I feel very supported by the RAH office team and by all of the other lovely ladies I work with.
I have met some amazing people and it is such a privilege to help them in their homes.
Outside of work I live with my wonderful partner and our dog Alfie. Between us we have five beautiful grown-up children, so we are now just waiting for grandchildren!!
I joined Right at Home in December 2022 my first role in the care industry. I see some really positive feedback online about Right at Home from other carers that work for them so I had a really good feeling about joining this company.
The in-depth training and support along with other carers make sure you’re comfortable to fulfil your roll and always there to help. I’ve met some really lovely clients and carers from joining Right at Home. I love working here, helping people and seeing them smile and laugh it’s not just a job you’re making a difference in their lives. I really couldn’t ask for a better company and team to work for.
Outside of work I spend my time with my 13yr old son who loves football or with my friends and family, shopping and socialising I also love to travel.
My family and friends mean more to me than anything else and I always treat our clients with the same dignity and respect as them.
