Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay & Rayleigh provides the appropriate visit times throughout the day, seven days a week so that care can be provided in a positive and supportive manner, maintaining clients’ dignity and independence.
CareGivers work to make a difference to the lives of everyone they provide care for. They are carefully chosen through a highly selective process of pre-screening, personal interviews, DBS checks (criminal records) and reference checks. All carers also undertake intensive training and shadowing with experienced carers before they can start caring for clients.
CareGivers are introduced to clients before they commence care with their clients to ensure there is mutual compatibility, and continue to receive further training, refresher training and personal development on an ongoing basis.

We are completely satisfied with the care provisions. All of the carers are really professional, helpful and friendly. They always inform us of any issues in a timely manner and they all seem really to enjoy their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home to anyone else.

My Aunt was/is bed-bound, but they listened to her requests, coaxed and took time for her to do what was needed - mostly taking them over their allocated time. The carers, some of whom were new and very young, were so caring and considerate. My Aunt was/is bed-bound, but they listened to her requests, coaxed and took time for her to do what was needed - mostly taking them over their allocated time. I cannot fault their dedication - they even bought videos (yes videos) of westerns with her favourite actor. Unfortunately, my Aunt was discharged from hospital to a care home, which would not have been her choice but realistically is the best place for her at the moment. But, should she make a significant recovery, I would definitely want/wait for Right at Home to have the capacity to take her back into their care. I have made numerous calls to Right at Home, all of which have been answered, even outside office hours. In addition, Right at Home's response to Covid-19 has been, in my experience, excellent. Hands/face/body are fully protected and equipment disposed of professionally.
I really couldn't wish for a more dedicated team. Thank you!

Highly trained CareGivers combined with bespoke technology, ensure your loved one is safe and that you have the reassurance of knowing what has happened on each visit.
Care Assistants work to make a difference to the lives of everyone they provide care for. I am a mother to two almost grown up daughters! who are making me very proud with their attitude to life. My sweet cute dog also makes up our household.
I originally decided to be a carer due to the exceptional care my daughter received throughout her early years, fighting childhood cancer. During this time I also lost my dad, his partner and a good university friend to this dreadful disease. I felt obligated to give back and I left my city analytical career behind me.
