The girls that come to my house are really good, they do not just help with small meals but they actually leave my rooms as they found them and give me help with my motivation.

Having had some dubious experiences with other care providers in the past, my mother and I have been pleasantly surprised by this company. Staff are unfailingly pleasant, for the most part very conscientious and extremely reliable. When a (minor) issue has arisen I have felt able to approach them about
the matter, which has always been immediately addressed and resolved. The carers are very professional, but also treat my mother was a human being and recognise the sensitive nature of the work and the importance of maintaining dignity. Highly recommended.

My partner has vascular dementia and it is better if she gets the same carers. My home care are doing that and it's a big help because it's better for my partner.

Excellent - staff 99% perfect but you always get the odd one who lets the side down. I can cope and deal with them. There are some very dedicated staff, where nothing is a trouble and I value them - they are carers in the full sense of the word. Thank you.

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.733 for The Care and Support Group County Durham is calculated as follows: ( (22 Excellents x 5) + (8 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 30 Ratings = 4.733
