Home Instead (Wrexham & Flintshire East)

I can't praise this company enough. I am LPA for my neighbours; she has Alzheimer's. I am a senior clinical nurse with extremely high standards, I dreaded having to get a care package organised as it became necessary. I picked Home Instead after a few interviews with different agencies, as I was impressed by the manager. The agency, and the Manager have met my expectations and hopes and more. The kindness and compassion shown by them has been of a very high standard; they maintain dignity and go out of their way to be creative and personal giving support. The client has been challenging. The Home Instead team have not been fazed by this, but have calmly and professionally helped and responded quickly (often within a few hours) to increasing needs. Once I had to change the package 3-times in one day as things escalated. The Manager is quite simply outstanding, good care obviously matters to her. I think it is her honesty, integrity and genuine concern that makes her so special.

When I finally sought help to support my Mum I was totally lost as to where to start but at the same time I was emotionally worn out and needed the right team and package to turn things around. The team at Wrexham did this for me from the moment I met them. their kindness, willingness and genuine care has made all the difference. I honestly cant praise them highly enough, they go the extra mile.

Home Instead Senior Care provided care to my grandmother who required support with feeding and stimulation. The service they provided was excellent and the carer's were all very helpful, caring and treated nan with the utmost compassion and dignity throughout. They were all very polite and helpful and a great support to me and my sister at a difficult time without them nan would have to have been moved on much sooner. Thanks again you deserve a medal.
