Live In Care

I am very grateful to Live in Care and, although not easily impressed, am impressed by this agency.

It was my parents wish to stay in their home. The help and support they received from Live In Care allowed them to have their wish. At each step of the way my parents requirements were reviewed and they had the care they needed.

My mother came out of hospital with care needs we did not know about. Livein care and the wonderful carer worked with us to put together a plan to help her stay out of hospital and at home with my dad. Every carer we've had has been so attentive and competent . They couldn't have had better support.

The whole process has been extremely professional. Communications have been excellent with head office. They are well organised and have been mindful in selecting carers. All carers have been excellent in attitude and attention to detail. They have all done a wonderful job. All stresses have been alleviated by using Live in care. A god send.

Live In Care provide peace of mind for all of us. Knowing that mum is safe and looked after ensures that we can all carry on with confidence. Having a carer maintains dignity too - ensuring that our time with mum is truly with her and we can still have golden moments.

Live in care communicate to me often and always check on my well-being. Their choice of Carer's are quite suitable . I feel comfortable and safe with their choice . I enjoy the fact I am able to build relationships with some of the Carer's and Live in care promote having those careers return . I always found the staff helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The carers were friendly, helpful and showed an interest in trying to make my wife as happy as possible in a very difficult situation. I was happy to leave my wife in their care and confident that they would be able to deal with any emergency which arose. I would happily recommend their services.

Live In Care were brilliant, they worked as a team and provided 24-hour assistance via telephone or by the app. Live In Care also provided support to me and were always there for advice, even during the many times Dad was admitted into hospital. I will always be grateful for their care and support during my Dad's final years.

We have been so impressed by all at Live In Care. They really have gone above and beyond to look after mum in her final weeks. It is solely due to them that she was able to leave hospital and be at home, where she wanted to be and where she wanted to die. Both carers who looked after her were simply amazing. I hadn't realised that people existed who were just so kind and genuinely caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their patience and gentleness with mum was just amazing. They were also both so sensible and realistic. Mum herself was so grateful for all that they were doing for her. They are both golden people, and their next clients are very lucky.

If you're looking for a company to help with care needs for yourself or a loved one, I would honestly say, look no further! Live In Care has been looking after our dad for the past 6 months and I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and continue to do. From the moment I first spoke to the wonderful member of staff in the office, right through to the amazing carers we have been provided with, the incredible support from the accounts team and all the staff, I literally can't fault them. They are such an exceptional team of people. Without her I'm not sure we would have secured the funding we really needed, she is so knowledgeable, patient and professional. Dad's main carer is the most wonderful carer we could have ever wished for. It is rare for me to write reviews but this is 100% deserved. Thank you to you all.

Engagement with Live in Care was always positive and professional. The live-in care workers who supported and cared for my dad during the last few months of his life were wonderful. They provided Dad with personalised care, which included, home-cooked meals and accompanying him on walks and a range of other outdoor activities. Dad had dementia and having these friendly, caring and skilled carers with him at all times dramatically reduced his anxiety and put a smile on his face. Knowing that Dad was being so well looked after was such a blessing to us. One amazing carer helped me nurse Dad during the last days of his life, which meant Dad died comfortably and peacefully at home, which had been his and his family’s wish.

Live In Care has been brilliant. My mother had a fall and could no longer manage on her own. From the first assessment appointment, all the members of staff have been both super friendly and professional, they are always responsive, and their work is focused clearly on ensuring that Mum is happy. The carers have been extremely conscientious, and Mum now has a longer-term carer whom she feels thoroughly spoilt by. I still can’t quite believe that Mum is being taken care of so well. It has been a huge relief, and I am so glad and grateful that I found Live In Care.

My mother has been using 'Live In Care' for the last twelve months. They have worked really hard to fulfil all her personal requests and she now has two wonderful live-in carers who have enabled her to remain safely at home instead of having to move to a nursing home. This is not only wonderful for her, but for her family too, who have not had the heartache of seeing her sent against her wishes to live in a home. Live-in-care provided a carer for much of the last year of my mother's life.

After two very adequate ladies initially, we were blessed with an angel who was her main carer, who cared for mum for most of the final six months of her long (92 years) life, particularly going above and beyond for mum during her last fortnight. Working with our family and health care professionals, mum was then able to pass away peacefully at home, as she had always wanted, on Good Friday. Her carer was both kind and professional. What more could we have asked for.

Live In Care have provided an excellent service from the start. All the staff have been so helpful. They communicate well and respond to questions quickly. The service is professional, efficient, friendly and respectful. Nothing appears too much trouble. They made a prompt and accurate assessment of my mother's needs and quickly identified a fantastic carer. When they had concerns about my mother's health the service manager made a personal visit to check that everything was being done that needed to be done. They provide ongoing monitoring to check that both the client and the carer are happy with how things are going. I highly recommend this service.

Everyone genuinely cares from management to carers. This service has enabled and empowered my mum to live happily and with dignity in her own home. I highly recommend them.

It was by chance that I came across this company whilst I was visiting my father in the Stroke Rehabilitation Hospital. I was previously not aware of this company and at the time, unsure about Live-in Care, due to my previous experiences when looking for Live-in Care earlier last year with other providers. However, I am delighted that I found Live-in Care, as the service they are providing for my father is outstanding. This is through all the contact I have had with their manager, office team and the diligent care and attention provided by their first-class carers. Their online reporting system is second to none, enabling me to know on a real-time basis that everything is in order for my father. I thoroughly recommend this company for their entirely efficient, professional and empathetic service, which has removed all my concerns over my father’s well-being.
