I have been my mum's full-time carer for a long time now but earlier this year I was struggling to do it all myself. Heritage were highly recommended to me by a work colleague and so I contacted them and they came out to visit me and my mum. My mum is not the easiest of people to accept that she needs help with personal care, etc. but within the first few weeks of them visiting my mum once a day, she has now accepted help with personal care and day to day issues.

The carers are absolutely brilliant with my mum and do so much for her going the extra mile when needed. They provide cover for me when I go away on holiday which is such a relief as I don't needn't worry about her because she is in such good hands. She lets them help her with her shower, which is something that no one other than me could do earlier this year. They provide an excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good trustworthy carers.

Heritage Healthcare are truly amazing! They care for our mother as if she was their own, going that extra mile to make sure that Mum is happy. Every aspect of her care is throughout through and delivered, form her personal care through to social care. We as a family could not survive without them as they give us a huge amount of support and confidence that Mum is being cared for extremely well.

I find them to be very helpful, very polite, friendly and very good at what they do. My dad really likes all his carers and is at ease with them. He tells me about how nice they all are to him. This has taken all the stress away about worrying about him constantly. I know dad is in safe hands with them and he always looks forward to their visits. So friendly and caring ladies.

From director level to the actual carers, the service is exemplary. It is a vital service to my mother and helps to provide her independence. Though care generally is expensive, we understand running a business and it's overheads.

Right from the initial enquiry, we got good vibes and this has carried through. Fabulous vital service, taking much worry from us.

Mum is a very elderly lady who needs a little help to maintain her independence. Heritage Healthcare (Trafford) have gently got through her reserve and provide the added help she needs. The carers are kind and efficient and suited to them. They have gone the extra mile whenever needed. I have found their communication very good and the visit notes information. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heritage Healthcare (Trafford) to anyone who needs care.

The team of carers supporting mum are excellent. They have established a good relationship with her and are attentive to her needs. They treat her as a friend and take the time to sit with her, engage in conversation after attending to her needs.

I feel confident and assured that mum is in good hands.

Carers arrive on time, carry out their duty with a smile and a chat and become friends just dropping in.

The company is very easy to communicate with if we need to adjust times on occasions for short periods (eg holidays).

My mother has had Heritage Healthcare (Trafford) for 16 months. The vast majority of staff are terrific - they are punctual, friendly and treat mum with dignity and respect. The only slight criticism is the number of different carers mum has and the lack of consistency - I never know who will be at the door!

On the whole, I am very happy with the care provided by Heritage Healthcare (Trafford).

Heritage Healthcare staff are very professional. It is well organised. Carers are friendly, treat my husband with dignity and provide excellent care. They brighten up our day and life has been so much easier for my husband and for me - his carer, during our 12 months with them.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Our initial experience of care for my Father fell short of what we expected. Not knowing where to turn to next, I found Heritage following a careful search of carer services in Trafford. An initial telephone conversation with the managing director was enough to convince me that we were in safe hands, a visit from the care manager confirmed that at last, we were dealing with a professional firm who had the welfare of Dad as their priority.

Dad was unsure of having carers in his home but within two weeks two wonderful young women won his trust; attention to detail meant that he was 'turned out' looking his best every day. Not only did they help Dad, Heritage supported Mum with advice, guidance, and support in caring for her husband of more than 60 years.

As Dad's needs have changed so has the support from Heritage, at every crisis point, they have responded to email and phone calls instantly. We now have carers and sitters and I cannot explain the difference this has made to my parents and to his family.

I am so grateful for the service provided by Heritage Care, I can't thank the carers enough for what they do. I have complete peace of mind and trust that they are visiting my Dad on a regular basis and carrying out the service that is required for his needs. From my initial meeting with the management team, the service has been professional, and friendly too.

My mum has been with Heritage care since January 2017 and we are extremely happy with all the carers and staff. Mum has very mild dementia but is very with it and is able to tell us whenever she is happy or unhappy with anything.
She recently spent 8 months in respite care in a local home and as much as some of the carers were brilliant, there were several that should not have been in this line of work. In those 8 months, there was not a day that she was not upset or unhappy with her care, but since she has come home and had Heritage carers coming in 4 times a day, she has not had a single complaint or been upset in any way.

As well as being very professional, the Heritage carers are also genuine and sensitive to mum's needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for help with the care of a loved one.

The owner and staff are genuine, kind and caring people. They have provided the care for my mother as requested by me. The carers take the time to entertain my Mum by playing her favourite music etc. They would happily do her hair and nails for a bit of fun. My mum doesn't like to be pampered in this way but I know they do it for others who enjoy it. This is in addition to the usual care you would expect. The agency is very particular about the people they recruit to work for them. I feel lucky to have found them as my Mum seems happier since they have been visiting.
