We have used Beloved Care for a while for our Mother who is 99 years old and lives independently. They are great and work with us to give Mum the best care possible. We have been working together this month to improve her mobility. Mum loves the team as they make her feel special and take the time to talk with her whilst caring for her. They give her the confidence to move around her flat. We talk regularly to the team about updates on Mum's care. We have no reservation about recommending Beloved Care to anyone looking for excellent care for their family. Special members of the family need excellent care which Beloved Care delivers.

When my father came home from hospital after a fall, he was in a terrible state and we were so shocked to see how his condition had deteriorated over a five day period. He was dropped off by the ambulance crew unable to stand unassisted and totally incontinent. We were left with no equipment at all to help my mother, who’s 84 and my sister and I. I rang up Beloved Homecare after a personal recommendation and they were amazing. The care manager came out early the very next morning to assess my Dad and give us much needed advice. She was reassuring, knowledgeable and practical and helped us to get our heads around what would be best for my Dad. She even lent us a commode which was such a help until we could sort out a plan. She had a lovely manner and her experience in these situations was such a help to us. I would highly recommend them from our experience.

My 94-year-old mother has been so happy with the carers that come to her on a daily basis. They are so loving and kind that she regards them as friends now - more than carers. She really looks forward to their visits. They seem to go over and above what I had imagined their role would be.
They really do care! They know her extremely well! This was proved when I met one of them and she knew all about me, to the extent that we joked I could be her specialist subject on Mastermind!!!

They are very willing to do anything that is required. They are very thoughtful, loving, kind and very caring. She looks forward to their visits and talks about them to me often. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

My Mum has been in the care of Beloved Homecare for some time now. I can honestly say she is getting the best care possible. The staff are all wonderful with her. She looks upon them as friends. Nothing is too much trouble for them and in view of the fact that they have looked after her whilst having the Covid 19 is remarkable. They have even let us have video chats with Mum. Me and my family cannot thank or praise them enough for the great care that they all give. They go above and beyond the call of duty.

Beloved is a great local family run service with a professional caring team.
My sister and I spent hours checking the CQC site to try and find a good service for our Mum who has dementia; we had a shortlist of a dozen mostly local services that we checked out! Beloved stood out by a mile! Trustworthy, caring, professional, ethical they are all about caring for your valued family member in the best possible way!
We have been using them for more than a year, and I would struggle to find any faults with the service/team.
I have met quite a few of their carers over this period, and they have all been great characters, thoughtful, caring and always willing to go that extra yard to deliver the care that is needed to your loved family member.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to start a care package for a family member!

It has helped my sister and me by reducing the anxiety and worry about our Mum's health and wellbeing.

Beloved has been caring for my Mum who is 93 for several years. When I say caring, I know from direct experience that all the staff - in the office and in the front line really care about Mum's health, well being and happiness and do everything they can to help her live as normal a life as possible while confined to her house. The carers are without exception, professional, sensitive and genuinely caring. My Mum loves them all. The company has a rigorous selection process for staff and provides training and a decent financial package. This shows in the quality of the carers. The Managing Director and Care Manager are directly involved in the day to day running of the company and are always directly available for advice and support. They set the tone for all of the company's staff. All of this gives my wife and I who live 100 miles away, peace of mind and confidence that Mum is in good hands. I thoroughly recommend Beloved Homecare.

The Heritage team were all extremely caring and helpful with our Mother. Even though she is hard to understand the carers seemed to know what she needed. If there were any concerns, this was fed back to the managers and ourselves. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team. They all wear name badges, introduce themselves and are smart and professional.

Many thanks to all at Heritage for stepping in and providing exceptional care and support to my father and the family in general. This was a very difficult time and Heritage rose to the challenge tremendously.

Carers and management alike understand the needs of my father which greatly helps with peace of mind for the family.

Heritage have made a huge difference to the quality of life my dad has - he has dementia and mobility issues which hampered him and how much he enjoyed life. The carers from Heritage then came along and have been so helpful and now I have peace of mind that he is being looked after when they visit him twice daily and also help him with a weekly clean of his bungalow. The app from Heritage allows me to see how he is after each visit and gives me peace of mind whilst I am at work. I honestly, don't know how I would have been able to cope over the last few months without them. Professional and so caring. Thank you.

It's the second month my father has been looked after by Heritage Healthcare and the improvement in his outlook and demeanour have improved no end. He is well taken care of and his every need looked after during the course of his regular visits which have been arranged to his requirements and needs. All of the carers are sympathetic to his needs and take a genuine interest in his wellbeing.

Not only has the care and attention been of great assistance and benefit to my Dad, it has also given us, his immediate family, immense peace of mind, allowing us to concentrate on our normal day to day working life and our regular visits are now as a family, not carers.

We found Heritage Healthcare to be the answer to our wishes to provide care for Mum in her final few months. We used the night-time service from 8pm - 8am each night, which allowed Dad to rest easy at night knowing the carers from Heritage were there. The carers were professional, kind and caring, going above and beyond in looking after Mum, they became more like friends than carers to her.
Mum had severe Alzheimers, which is not easy to manage, but our carers were patient and gentle with Mum, and always assumed she could understand more than she could communicate, which we appreciated.
The admin side was good too, invoices sent reguarly to keep us advised of costs and payments, and calls to the office were always returned promptly.

Care at home is a difficult issue, I would not hesitate to recommend Heritage Healthcare, they did us proud.

We have been very happy with the service, support and follow-up we’ve received from Heritage Healthcare (Trafford). The entire team has been extremely accommodative and responsive to our specific needs.

Heritage has managed to find a Carer who is a very good fit for Dad resulting in him making significant progress in his rehabilitation in the short time they have been together. This has really helped the Family a lot because we know our parents are in good hands and we do not worry as much as before. We have even managed to set up a messenger app group to provide us with a way of communicating with the Carer. This has really helped since the Carer is in regular touch with the Family and asks questions or provides updates when needed. He has become part of our family.

All in all, we couldn’t be happier with the ways things have gone over the past couple of months and we thank the entire Heritage Healthcare team for the service they provide to the community and for caring about the individual!

Very caring and conscientious careers who come once a week to see my mother. She now looks forward to their visits and does not feel under pressure that she might be just another number, there is no sign of rushing with the time that is allocated, so the whole experience is special and personal. Mum is getting to know each staff member personally.

The support given by Heritage Healthcare Trafford puts my mind at rest that mum is being cared for safely and with dignity.
