We are the least expensive of all the private homecare providers in Trafford and the only provider currently rated as overall "outstanding" by the industry regulator the Care Quality Commission (CQC)We are able to pass on lower prices to our customers because we do not spend money on Franchise fees, little on marketing and recruitment because our staff turnover is low.
Most of our new work comes from "word of mouth referrals" because of our excellent reputation.
We provide calls of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour and up to 24 hours a day. We can tailor visit times to specific needs. Please call Mark (owner)for prices and details.

As a family, we have been very impressed with the help we have had in looking after our very dear relative. In talking weekly with my auntie herself she also feels very happy with the support she is receiving. The company always keep me updated daily with anything that changes or is unusual and between us we update my auntie's needs accordingly. I personally have confidence that with this company, I am doing the very best I possibly can for my auntie. We work well together, we are a good team. With this professional help alongside the family's support, my auntie is looked after and loved.
The service and care that my father has received from Beloved Homecare has been outstanding from the very first visit. The individual care is tailored to his specific needs with excellent attention to detail that makes all the difference and helps put my mind at ease. Each visit really perks him up and lifts his spirits which has been so important over these past months. The level of support and professionalism for all members of the team is exemplary.
Beloved Homecare looked after my sister at an exceptional standard and I was very pleased with their professionalism. The care package they provided was perfect for our needs, they were really easy to communicate with from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a care provider in the Trafford area.
My stepson suffered multiple strokes in April 2019 which resulted in mobile disability and sadly complete loss of sight. The care he received was basic and he made little progress. However, as soon as Beloved Homecare took over he has improved quite dramatically. The carers are his friends and his progress is almost miraculous. I can't recommend Beloved Homecare highly enough.
The carers who come into Mum and Dad's home are very friendly, professional and have a great understanding of dementia. They take the time to really get to know Mum and keep the rest of the family fully informed writing details in our information book. They also demonstrate the same care towards our dad, who was originally against carers coming into the home, but he now sees them as a positive and valuable service.
As a family, we couldn't ask for better care and are fully confident that Mum is being well looked after - this takes a lot of pressure off our family as we know she is in safe hands.
Extremely helpful and quick to learn about my needs. Very tidy in clearing up when necessary. The time I spend chatting with them I always enjoy as I am unable to get out and meet other folk. Excellent at keeping their times of arrival and useful contact with my GP.
I contacted Beloved at a time when my mum was moving to an apartment nearer us but still needed someone to come in and make sure she was ok and take her shopping etc. while we were working. Beloved has proven to be a fantastic company for my mum, very professional and my mum has nothing but good things to say about her experience with them. We have other family members who use them and we couldn't recommend them more highly.
The management are extremely helpful and all the carers that have visited my Mother have been very professional, caring, helpful, and considerate. My Mum is 89 years old, hard of hearing, bad eyesight, and bad knees. She lives alone in sheltered housing and unable to leave her home (Covid). Her quality of life was deteriorating. Her visits include a walk in her wheelchair among other things and she enjoys the company and conversation. I would highly recommend Beloved Homecare as it gives the person the opportunity to remain in their own home and receive the extra help they need.
We used Beloved Homecare from Feb 20 - Jan 21. We found them very good indeed, reliably here 4 times a day to care for my paralysed wife. Some of the staff are outstanding sone inevitably less so, but overall my wife was looked after very well. The staff were happy to do extra things. They had a good relationship with my wife up to her death on 2nd January 21
Mum has been under Beloved Homecare for a year. They are very professional and caring. Treat Mum as a person and engage her with conversations and known interests to her. Management team keep un close contact eager to help/suggest ways to help. In this difficult year, the team always provided with PPE, and they make sure that I am coping ok. Like the fact that they are able to provide 30-mins of care, which is all we need. Highly dependable team.
Felt happy from day one. Beloved Homecare sees to all my needs. Friendly service, efficient and caring.
Having recently changed care providers for my 86 year old mum who is currently in her own home, I have to say it has been a breath of fresh air to have a truly professional care team on board looking after mum. She actually looks forward to them coming they are extremely attentive, nothing is too much trouble, they are professional and caring. Communication between the family and the care team is excellent, this is going to aid mum to be in her own home as long as possible. As a family it has made the world of difference, we know we have a care team that we can rely on. Beloved, you are amazing, I can’t thank you enough.
The service we have received has been satisfactory.
When I realised I would need help to care for my husband, I was recommended Beloved Homecare. That was over 2 years ago. At first, it was 3 social visits a week. When my husband was admitted to hospital, a carer visited and thanks to the team at Beloved, he was soon back at home with an increased care package. From the beginning, the care manager assured me they would adapt to his changing needs and this has proved to be the case. The care, support and friendship we receive gives us both some independence. We highly recommend Beloved and cannot thank them enough for all they do for us.
My dad is 84 and suffers from dementia. He is still independent up to a point and isn’t the easiest person to deal with, so it is very reassuring to know that he is in safe, friendly, professional hands twice a day.
Both myself and my sister also really appreciate the interaction with the Beloved team who keep us up to date with everything and are always very accommodating with any changes needed.
I cannot recommend Beloved Homecare enough. The quality of the carers is consistently good and they are excellent at providing updates and keeping open communication with the family. Beloved Homecare have provided care to my mum in short timescales and, whilst requested times for visits cannot always be met immediately, they do as much as they can to get you the times you want as soon as possible. The Manager and the Care supervisor have always been so supportive and understanding in setting up the care package required and, recently, have been very clear on their PPE approach for Covid 19. They are an organisation who genuinely seem to care!
They call twice a day, helping mum to get up in the morning, showering her, giving her breakfast and making lunch.
They then call back in the evening getting mum ready for bed and giving her an evening meal.
My parents have a small group of regular carers which makes things much easier for my mum to cope with.
Whenever I see the carers, they are warm and friendly with my parents. They treat them with respect and also keep their spirits up which is very important, especially at this time.
The carers let me know if there is anything that my parents need. The staff in the office also keep me informed of anything that I need to know.
I have no hesitation in recommending Beloved.
Everyone I have had contact with has been extremely professional and provided care at the highest level - Dad is thrilled with the care he gets. It is a comfort and provides great peace of mind to know how well he is being so well looked after.
The best care in the area from a dedicated and professional team. They recommended adjustments to care when necessary, were quick to respond to enquiries and flexible with the client's requirements. My grandmother was treated with dignity throughout. Highly recommended.
