My father has Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia. Beloved Homecare stepped in at exactly the right time. All the staff are helpful and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. I don't live near my father and I am kept informed and I'm able to contact the agency via an App, email, telephone or if in the area, call in the office.

My father has Alzheimer's and is cared for by my mother at home. After being let down by a previous company, we found Beloved Home Care. From the first telephone conversations, everyone at Beloved was professional and compassionate and really came to our rescue. Cannot fault them and their staff in any way. Highly recommend Beloved Homecare.

Beloved homecare looked after my Father for three years. The standard of care that they delivered over that time was excellent. As his care needs changed, Beloved managed those changes and were able to accomodate to meet his needs. A lot of the carers would go above and beyond to make my dad's life better, particularly in the last few months of his life. When he had problems, these were quickly reported back and together we would be able to sort out a solution. Communication with the staff at beloved was always excellent. I always felt that with the staff at beloved, my Dad was safe and that they were there to provide a safety net if something happened, this was important as I live over an hour's drive away. They managed to care for my Dad at home until the end, something my Dad was always very insistent on - he didn't want to go in a home. With the carers at Beloved I felt that he was in safe hands.

Beloved Homecare is an amazing care company, and I can relax knowing that my dad is in excellent hands. They have gone above and beyond for him over the past 2-years. The staff, both in the office and the carers that I have met, are extremely kind and caring.

Very professional company, but at the same time, personal. My dad enjoyed the company of the carers that Beloved sent to him. The care package gave us the comfort that my dad had regular contact and company during the period of our extended holiday.

Beloved Homecare is just what we are looking for to help support my father. They have been very understanding from the word go. All the carers work as a team. They are extremely helpful, always go above and beyond, have a friendly, welcoming smile and are very supportive. This makes a big difference to both my father and family.

Beloved Home Care are a very professional and reliable care company. All the carers who visit Mum have been very kind and considerate but she does have her personal favourites. Their visits have taken a huge weight off our shoulders and Mum's outlook and demeanour have improved significantly.

A very big thank you to all concerned.

Communication is very prompt and good between myself and the management team.
I have found this company very reliable, they have never let me down by messaging to say that they could not attend my mum's allotted timeslot. (Which I have been told that some companies do?).
I have found that I am much more relaxed knowing that my mothers medication and wellbeing is being taken care of in the evening time.

The main thing is that Mum is happy, which means I am too!

Right from the start, the carers made me feel comfortable and confident. This was my first experience of care, so I was worried about it, but I quickly realised the carers treated me with great care and we’re constantly looking for ways to better meet my changing needs. They were diligent in all aspects of personal care and safety but also delivered care focused on enhancing my experience and enjoyment through personal interactions and enhancement activities such as relaxation techniques. Very highly recommended.

My mum has received excellent care from Beloved Home Care. The staff have been outstanding in getting to know her and taking on board the way she likes things to be done.

The staff have been always kind and thoughtful, providing companionship as well as helping with housework and meal preparation. The management has also been excellent in communicating with myself.

The care provided to my mum was of high quality. The carers were always very caring, professional, punctual and always willing to go that extra mile. They spent time with mum after delivering the care, as a family we felt helped with her mental health. I was always informed of any additional care need and contacted if there were any concerns, with regards to mums care.

The support from the office I felt was always at hand and always got a prompt reply when I needed to contact them.

I get on very well with my carers. They always ask me if I want their help regarding a trip to the local supermarket. They will always iron my clothing and take me out on summer days. They will always wash up after offering a cup of tea, as a disabled person it means a lot to me.

My dad has been a service user since April 2020 after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's in December 2019. We had noticed that dad was becoming increasingly forgetful and had been wandering etc and felt it was time to put some care in place. We have been extremely happy with the care provided by Beloved and know that dad has all his needs met, he has meals prepared, drinks made, he is showered, and has clean clothes daily. Dad has incontinence but again this is all taken care of by the carers. They all do an amazing job, one of the carers is so good with dad and I know dad likes him. I would have no hesitation in recommending Beloved to anyone thinking of putting carers in place for a loved one.

The care has been exceptionally good and we have noticed a significant improvement in my nan's mood and health since the team have been coming out to her. She is always talking so highly of her careers and all they do for her on their days. It has been such a relief to know she is being cared for when we can’t get to her it has really helped balance our time. I would highly recommend their service and be rest assured your family is in safe hands. Communication has been excellent to nothing is too much trouble and there is always someone available to contact. Thank you for all your team does.

Mum, 87, has Alzheimer's and wants to stay in her own home, and Beloved Care has made this possible. Three weeks into the care package, which includes three visits each day (hoping to increase to four when the right slots become available), I am now reassured that mum is getting her meds, is being fed and kept hydrated, is clean, cared for, warm and is safe, without her having to worry about locking and opening doors. Beloved Care staff have been quick to respond to all queries and add new tasks to the list whenever required. Family members have also been given access to the 'Pass System' to enable us to see how mum has been at each visit for our complete peace of mind. Mum says the carers are all 'lovely' and it's great to know that she is interacting well with them, having been on her own for so long.

I live on the second floor in a block of flats. I am waiting for a replacement knee and have arthritis in my spine, consequently walking on crutches, I cannot carry shopping so I contacted Beloved to see if they could help me. This may sound trivial but for me it's such a wonderful service, not having to rely on friends who may or may not be able to help me. P.s. couldn't get supermarkets to deliver.

Beloved Homecare have been incredible. They partner with the family - including regular two-way communication which is so important - to ensure the best level of care. Importantly we have continuity with just two core carers looking after dad, meaning a relationship has been built despite dementia. I live a long distance from my dad, but get pictures to show me how well he is doing, and they even got him a birthday cake - sometimes the 'smallest' things have the greatest impact. I only wish I'd found them sooner!
