We are the least expensive of all the private homecare providers in Trafford and the only provider currently rated as overall "outstanding" by the industry regulator the Care Quality Commission (CQC)We are able to pass on lower prices to our customers because we do not spend money on Franchise fees, little on marketing and recruitment because our staff turnover is low.
Most of our new work comes from "word of mouth referrals" because of our excellent reputation.
We provide calls of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour and up to 24 hours a day. We can tailor visit times to specific needs. Please call Mark (owner)for prices and details.

The caring staff are always so kind, professional, happy and helpful. It's reassuring to have them come to the house every day. They are genuinely interested and supportive of my sister and she looks forward to seeing her helper in the morning.
Talking with the team we were well assured of the professionalism and level of care our dad would receive. There is also an app that our dad consented for us to use, so we can review his care notes from anywhere in the world. As overseas children of a parent needing care, we were quite anxious to see our dad well cared for and for the last 2 years, Beloved has delivered and exceeded our expectations.
When a predatory salesman tried to get our dad to give his money away a Beloved team member was fortunately there and intervened and reported the matter to the family. Thank you!
You have the full support of our family. Your level of care goes well beyond a business arrangement and our dad really looks forward to his home visits.
Extremely happy with the service provided by Beloved Homecare. Very much better than our previous provider. All carers are professional and friendly. Mum is very happy. I now have peace of mind that Mum is being looked after.
The carers are kind and meticulous. They complete their main duties and then very proactive with anything they see that needs doing.
They are also great company for my mum.
First-class service. Carers are all so pleasant and efficient. Have been so impressed when the staff have helped me above the call of duty. Can't praise Beloved Homecare enough. Thank you.
Excellent service from the start. From the start, had clear and sympathetic communication. Needed care in the morning and evening. Staff are not only very professional but also very caring. Would recommend Beloved Homecare.
I checked CQC and asked around at the retirement home where my grandmother lives and Beloved came up as an outstanding care company in our area. I phoned up and spoke to the managing director and he himself took my call and walked me through Beloved's services. His words 'We don't want to be the biggest, we want to be the best' rang with me as it told me that they would potentially put quality of care over profit. All the staff have been great in answering my questions along the way and a lady has been putting the care package together. The carers themselves are phenomenal. They always take the time to do what they are there to do and stop to have a chat. Sometimes the stopping to have a chat is more important than their other duties and it is appreciated. *Highly recommend*
I have already recommended Beloved Homecare to a few people.
All the staff at Beloved Homecare were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. The carers were lovely and looked after my friend and she enjoyed their visits. She also enjoyed the outings the carers took her on. The management team were very approachable, flexible and the communication between us and them was excellent. The app was easy to use and essential to us to know what was going on. My friend was so well looked after and we were so grateful for their help and support.
I have met most of the carers in my weekly visits to Mum. They have all been lovely! Kind, caring and cheerful and helped Mum through a very difficult period. They have tried to accommodate Mum's requests and have been very supportive and have followed instructions to the letter. This has given me and my sisters peace of mind when we couldn't be with Mum. It has also given Mum a focus each day, knowing she will interact with a friendly face. This has led to a good recovery for her. Would definitely recommend your service to others.
All the carers are very polite and work very well. They leave updates in our journal to make us aware of any problems. Thank you.
Not only is the actual care first class, but it is also at times such a support to the family to be able to offload when caring for our mum can be overwhelming and stressful - the office staff are always there with a caring listening ear - not sure what we’d do without you all - thank you.
My mum has dementia and has carers from Beloved twice a week to give me a break. All the carers are polite, punctual and friendly. I never have any worries about leaving Mum in their care. I find everyone I have dealt with from Beloved very professional and caring.
Having been reluctant to accept any professional personal care for my father in law and with a lot of encouragement from us as a family, my mother in law agreed to a meeting with Beloved Homecare. Following the initial meeting, she was overwhelmed by the compassion shown and the advice/support and patience given to her husband of nearly 60 years. She admits now that she wouldn't be able to manage without them. We as a family are extremely relieved and happy with the excellent standard of care provided - we would only ever want the very best for them both. The care is only for a short time every morning but has made the world of difference.
Our initial concerns that Mum would be anxious about having carers were quickly dispelled due to their caring and compassionate nature.
Beloved provides a consistently reliable, professional and flexible service; they have given us peace of mind at a difficult time, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other families in similar circumstances.
I don't know what I would do without Beloved - apart from the fact that each carer is so kind and dedicated and patient with my mum. The company is so reliable, no worrying will someone turn up at the allotted time like friends of mine have experienced with other care providers. The management team are easily approachable, and professional and makes you feel like you are their only client! Thank you, Beloved!
Beloved Homecare has been an absolute godsend with regard to looking after my 86-year-old mum. Mum lost her independence when she had to give up driving, making it difficult to get to the shops and appointments. It was overwhelming to think about what to do next, but after one phone call to Beloved, we had a plan in place to get her where she needed to be. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, accommodating, reassuring and professional. The carers look after Mum so well, and we would be lost without their twice-weekly visits. Thank you to all the lovely staff and carers at Beloved!
All the carers who looked after Dad was caring and kind, and most importantly treated him with dignity. They also looked out for Mum, my sister and me.
The management team were great too - very responsive and anticipated our needs. They checked in regularly.
We received a highly professional, person-centred, reliable service. Most importantly, I know Dad was so grateful for the support.
Beloved is a great team.
I had singled out from the web Beloved Homecare and as a resource that I may well need in case of an emergency situation occurring.
I advised my brother to request an urgent assessment visit on 13th January 2023 as the description of the situation at home sounded critical.
I was so relieved and grateful that a visit was immediately carried out together with a nurse from the care agency. The GP was alerted and visited and my sister-in-law was taken to the hospital that day. Without the professional speedy and caring intervention of Beloved Homecare, I believe that the outcome would have been most probably life-threatening. I am a retired social worker. I would use Beloved Homecare if my sister-in-law returns home.
