Heritage Healthcare were engaged in May this year to support a 72-year-old lady who was suffering from the long term after effects of a severe stroke. From the introductory visit to the present day, the managing director and his team have been totally professional, empathetic and a delight to work with. The lady in question feels she has had a new lease of life since Heritage Healthcare took over her care arrangements and has the highest regard for the service they are providing for her. Heritage work on the basis of carefully matching the care worker to the clients particular needs and personality. In our care this has been a real success and has opened up a wider variety of social, personal and friendship opportunities which were hitherto lacking in her life. The company has been totally reliable, efficient and helpful in other ways too and consequently my friend is a much happier person as a result.

Excellent carers ...give a lot of time to my mum....and her needs....very professional and very approachable...also empathetic with the family. Carers are always on time, but if there has been an unforeseen problem cover has been immediately sorted.

My husband is happy for the carer for one week to look after my husband as sadly he had to go into hospital. He has MSA, multiple system atrophy and this affected his blood pressure so he could not stand without passing out. She was lovely with him and handled his personal care so well and thoughtfully. She was very cheerful and chatted to him about different things. When they came to our house to discuss his needs they were both very interested in his life and what he liked.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank this small family based, client centred care agency for their sensitive approach and patience in introducing and establishing a package of care for my father. He is beginning to fail physically and cognitively and has always resisted any formal care up until recently. He has lived on his own for 20 years, proud and independent and to accept 'outside help' has been a challenge for all his dependents who live away from the family home.

However he has accepted a weekly carer in with open arms and remains positive about their regular intervention which is both practical and socially supportive.

Feedback with any concerns has been timely and appropriate and we now communicate openly via emails which is effective in keeping everyone up to date.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this care agency for providing personalised, reliable, flexible and compassionate intervention extending from management to care staff.

I am so sorry I have taken so long to complete this form, I am 85 years old and not well, but the care I have is excellent, they look after me very well. They are very caring and efficient in all they do, it is like being part of a family. I have all my needs taken care of in the very best way. My carers never leave here without all my needs taken care of, the whole family who look after me and all their clients very well, much more than anyone could wish for. I am unable to walk after a serious operation, I spent 6 months in the Salford Royal then 6 weeks in Ascot House, all very good.

Heritage are a breath of fresh air to the caring profession, we are very fortunate to have them support our son.

Unlike some other agencies, they are proactive in suggesting venus and opportunities to 'entertain' him. They understand his needs and personality type, and match supporters accordingly.

They are extremely anxious to please and often phone to check that we are happy with their service.

They exceed our expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very attentive during all aspects of the process, pre selection during times of distress, during the settling in phase and thereafter.
Great attention to detail and commitment to the need of the patient as well as the surrounding family.

Commitment to fill the hours at all times. Good communication at all times. More than happy to accommodate family members outside of normal working hours to suit the needs of the family.

I would highly recommend Heritage Heathcare. The carers arrive on time and support my father who is over 100 years old with all his personal care needs. My parents are very happy that they have regular carers that are friendly, competent and caring. My parents now look forward to the carers visits and are pleased that we have found Heritage Heathcare who provide the quality of care we have been unable to find previously.

We recently transferred my parents care to Heritage Healthcare as we were not happy with the standard being received. Heritage have provided all that we had hoped for from a care provider. The staff are friendly and professional and my parents have quickly come to regard them as friends. They keep in regular contact with us and keep us abreast of everything. My parents have gone from being sullen and miserable to being cheerful and content. We would recommend Heritage to anyone to date, we are delighted with their service.

Heritage Healthcare have been absolutely first class with the daily care of my 97 year old grandma since July 2015. They really are a great support to both my grandma, myself and the immediate family. We have also seen a real boost in grandma's energy due to the help she now has in the mornings. Due to arthritis simple things like getting dressed and making breakfast were becoming very difficult and frustrating but now all that stress has gone. Grandma knows that her carer will arrive at the same time every morning and help her to start her day. It has very quickly become a vital part of grandma's routine and routine is extremely important to her. All of the staff are extremely considerate and caring and really do taken the time to get to know who and what is important to my grandma. We have already seen a big increase in grandma's energy due to the assistance she has and her new routine, this will ensure she can continue living at home for many more years to come.
