Caremark has been providing companionship services to my mother for several months. I have been hugely impressed by the quality of the carers as well as the care management team. It took a bit of time for us to settle into the right routine and everyone could not have been more helpful and supportive. It was so reassuring to be able to discuss my mother's needs with people who were both professional and empathetic to the situation. They were always focused on delivering the best outcome and making sure that my mother was getting the right support. The consistency of the excellent service was another feature of the high quality of the whole organisation. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
My mum received six week care when she came out of hospital. I can’t thank enough one of the carers who has been so kind and caring to my mum. The care that person has provided has been amazing. Thank you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service.
A big thank you to all you do, a great service with care.
Very kind regards.

My main carer has been exceptional. I was really apprehensive as never had carers before but she goes over and above to make the client feel special. She is passionate about people and dedicated to her profession. She is experienced and her attentive yet encouraging approach has made my progress and recovery faster and easier. We need more people like her in the profession. It’s been a great privilege and pleasure to have her. Thank you.

The kindness and support offered by everyone at Caremark Sutton to my parents and me has been phenomenal. I had to arrange a lot of care at short notice following a surprise hospital discharge and both of the care coordinators were magnificent with their instant, calm help. The situation went from one of sheer panic over a potentially dangerous situation to a feeling that it would all be okay thanks to Caremark.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service. We are so pleased you are happy.
My wife came out of hospital on 1st June 2023, after an operation to remove cancerous ovaries and fallopian tubes. Assistance started immediately. She needed assistance getting into and out of bed and taking a daily shower, as instructed by the the hospital. Gradually, over six weeks, she has been able to get upstairs and downstairs on her own. At night, she was helped to get undressed and then into her nightdress. Help was also given with incontinence pads, placing and replacing them. Overall, we could not have had better service, given with cheerfulness and with excellent advice. Thank you.

I did not know what to expect but the carers were very friendly. I had a little difficulty understanding what they were saying at times but we got over that. The service they gave was excellent and I am very grateful.

The individual caring and communication during visits was superb.
The carers team worked professionally and always ensured the correct commutation was present.

I think the only 'blip' in the service is that I am not always advised which carer will be calling on me and more importantly, what time I can expect them. Both morning and evening visits usually fall within a 1-1.5 hour period - difficult when trying to play my evening meal!
Thank you for taking the time to review our service.
It has been good, especially as it has been a new thing organised for re-enablement post my grandmother's discharge from hospital. More information prior to starting this package would have helped us to understand your responsibilities, versus what is expected of us, but overall it’s been good.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service.
Caremark has been first-class in the range of services that they bring to my wife, to the point of informing you that they have extended her expected life. They are polite, tender and caring. My wife needs four carers a day since approximately 2015 and they have helped my wife greatly on a daily basis by being loving and kind, which keeps my wife most happy.

The carers have been excellent. They are kind and patient and listened to my needs. The supervisor has been amazing and has given me and my family lots of support and information in what has been a difficult time for us.

Very much appreciated.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service, we really appreciate it.
I was treated with great care. The carers were very attentive to my needs. Visiting times were not always convenient. Arrival times varied between 7 am-9 am in the mornings, 11 am-2 pm and 5 pm-6.30 pm. No warning was given for arrival time. Service was provided free under the NHS.
Very helpful in getting me on the road to recovery after being in hospital for 3 months.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service.
The carer is very kind and is very good at her job as a carer. She is very intuitive in terms of her ability to provide support and care. I find her very easy to relate to and feel very fortunate that she is my carer. She gives the proper and correct advice of how I can manage myself and tasks.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service, we are so pleased you are happy.
My mum was discharged from hospital after a stay of nearly two months and the Caremark (Sutton) team looked after her, four times a day for a month. My mum has always felt uncomfortable having help of any kind but from when I first met the carers looking after Mum, I knew she was in good hands. I loved to witness her face light up when the carers arrived, it was a pleasure to see! Every single one of the carers who looked after Mum was wonderful and if it hadn't become obvious that Mum needed 24/7 care in a home for the stimulation of being around other people and also, easy access for visitors (she was bedbound and I don't live nearby), l would have kept Caremark on. Very happy to recommend them.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we are so pleased you are happy with all aspects.
