Caremark Sutton are fantastic, I could not fault them. They have made such an impact on our family, that it feels like they have become our family. One particular lady, Fiona, is amazing and always cared for my mum with a smile on her face. They became very close and Fiona took time to know mum and learn what works for mum and makes her happy. Together they would sing and call each other sunshine. It made my mum so happy. The care managers are fantastic at doing spot checks and dealing with any concerns. Mum sadly passed last month and even now Caremark are still supporting me.

Overall Experience
We used Caremark for my Mothers care, then eventually support for my Father over a 5 year period. Having experienced other care providers Caremark Sutton stood out from the start. From clear communication from their office to excellent rapport, support and overseeing from the supervisor in all aspects of my parents welfare and day to day needs.
The wonderful carers, were professional, kind and well trained in Dementia care for the more challenging days. They were always on time, left the kitchen spotless and kept us informed of changes they noticed in their clients. As I don't live near by I was reassured that their needs were being met and had regular updates by email and calls.
The carers over time visiting 4 x a day became like extended family and brought must laughter and compassion to the family home. I couldn't have done it without them, especially with both parents becoming bedbound.

With both of them now in a nursing home, I am left very grateful with our time with Caremark.

My daughter have been working with Caremark Sutton since 2022. She has been receiving excellent support from her PA's. Caremark staff are professional and well trained. They all treat my daughter with respect, dignity, as an individual ad they listen to her. The support they give to her is person centred. I have noticed that my daughter's confidence have improved a great deal. PAs have empowered my daughter and this have made my daughter's self esteem to improve. PAs also respect the whole family unity which is very good, we feel supported as a whole family unity.
Your communication is excellent, you are very quick to respond to calls, queries and emails. My daughter gets regular reviews, which is very good.
I just want to say, thank you so much to all the PA's who are supporting my daughter and all the management for the hard work you are doing.

Caremark Sutton you are making a big impact in the community, continue to shine and upholding code of conduct standards.

Overall Experience
I was very impressed with the service we received when my mother required daily assistance to remain living in her own home.
The carers were outstanding, caring, respectful, reliable and kind.
Their supervisor was reliable, efficient, a clear communicator, great at exploring different options for my mother as her needs changed, and quick to assist when the carers had concerns about my mother's condition.
It made a huge difference to have peace of mind, knowing the carers coming into my mother's home were trustworthy, reliable and providing excellent personal care and a kindly human touch for her.

I highly recommend this service to others.

Most carers are very good, efficient, and caring. Just of human error. They were trained by their team supervisor who has been very communicative with family, supportive, and proactive with suggestions and equipment.

Overall Experience

During a very challenging period when both elderly parents required support, Caremark has been wonderful. Professional needs assessment, responsive and sympathetic management contacts, and great care staff to assist at home. Everyone involved has made the effort to connect personally with my parents as well as provide the required support - that's made a real difference in helping them adjust to the situation of accepting care, and for me in being able to trust that their needs are being provided for. For anyone else dealing with this kind of difficult journey, I'd wholeheartedly recommend Caremark as a starting point.

From assessment to care implementation on the first day, to the three times a-day amazing care visits and a supervisor follow-up home visit, everything has been incredibly well organised. The carers are well-trained, punctual and polite, caring, empathetic and encouraging. The office staff are so supportive of the family carer, ensuring all the necessary details are passed onto the staff to enable effective care and a smooth transition for all. I’m so glad I found Caremark and grateful for their help in caring for my dad.

Caremark has been providing companionship services to my mother for several months. I have been hugely impressed by the quality of the carers as well as the care management team. It took a bit of time for us to settle into the right routine and everyone could not have been more helpful and supportive. It was so reassuring to be able to discuss my mother's needs with people who were both professional and empathetic to the situation. They were always focused on delivering the best outcome and making sure that my mother was getting the right support. The consistency of the excellent service was another feature of the high quality of the whole organisation. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My main carer has been exceptional. I was really apprehensive as never had carers before but she goes over and above to make the client feel special. She is passionate about people and dedicated to her profession. She is experienced and her attentive yet encouraging approach has made my progress and recovery faster and easier. The kindness and support offered by everyone at Caremark Sutton to my parents and me has been phenomenal. I had to arrange a lot of care at short notice following a surprise hospital discharge and both of the care coordinators were magnificent with their instant, calm help. The situation went from one of sheer panic over a potentially dangerous situation to a feeling that it would all be okay thanks to Caremark.

My wife came out of hospital on 1st June 2023, after an operation to remove cancerous ovaries and fallopian tubes. Assistance started immediately. She needed assistance getting into and out of bed and taking a daily shower, as instructed by the the hospital. Gradually, over six weeks, she has been able to get upstairs and downstairs on her own. At night, she was helped to get undressed and then into her nightdress. Help was also given with incontinence pads, placing and replacing them. Overall, we could not have had better service, given with cheerfulness and with excellent advice. Thank you.

No problems with the care that I have received for two and a half weeks since I was discharged from hospital. Each carer has helped me with my needs and, in some cases, has helped me with other tasks I couldn't have managed.

I think the only 'blip' in the service is that I am not always advised which carer will be calling on me and more importantly, what time I can expect them. Both morning and evening visits usually fall within a 1-1.5 hour period - difficult when trying to play my evening meal!
