Overall Experience

With my husband home from the hospital and bedbound have greatly relied on the carers coming in four times a day. Have found that all the carers that come are very polite and attentive to the needs of my husband. Very friendly and ask how I am as well. Extremely careful about my husband's needs and being friendly, positive people. I can be assured that he is well looked after. They are always talking to him reassuring and showing great dignity too.

I cannot thank the Caremark team enough! The difference you have all made to Dad's, and my own, life is immensely appreciated! You all go above and beyond the call of duty in the care you provide. Every single member of staff, from the carers themselves, to the care coordinators, the managers and all the behind the scenes staff are kind, thoughtful, helpful, friendly, approachable and truly go out of their way to make life as comfortable and dignified as it can possibly be for Dad! You are all amazing! Words just don't do justice to how very much Dad and I both appreciate you all!

Overall Experience
Caremark started to care for my mother after she had a spell in hospital over New Year. The carers are all excellent, as are the 'office' team. The care is not cheap but is excellent value for money - I say this from experience having dealt with a cheaper and much poorer performing agency before.
We had an in-depth telephone interview with the field care supervisor from the office so that the carers were fully informed of my mother's needs, her wish to be as independent as possible and her likes and dislikes - as well as some of her personality and foibles.
Mum's quality of life and her home environment are much better than before and we have been able to contact the agency very easily with any queries etc. - which are dealt with promptly. The carers are very good at 'organising' Mum so that she doesn't feel that she has lost her independence.

Cannot recommend the agency and carers enough! Well worth the cost.

Overall Experience

Good at personal care. I feel confident when she walks me to the bathroom. Cheerful personality and gives me my personal space. Food is always prepared on time. Good at washing, cleaning and ironing. Good sense of humour.

The carer is outstanding with my daughter, she plays with her and makes my daughter laugh. My daughter trusts her carer and she has never let anyone wash her hair but with her carer, she feels confident to provide her support. My daughter has a good rapport with her carer and a good relationship. She always smile when she sees her carer.

Overall Experience

My son has received care throughout the lockdown since around summer time of 2020 when he was shielding. The job has entailed looking after his personal care in the mornings, including feeding, changing, bathing him, hoisting him and going for walks. We've known up to five carers but my son usually has two on a weekly basis. He is now back at school but still has his morning care which has been a big labour saver for me! I have overall been happy with the level of care my son has received. My only complaints would be that sometimes the office don't always process my requests or change schedule times at the last minute. My other complaint would be that there were inconsistencies with carers wearing appropriate PPE but this has been rectified. All in all Caremark (Epsom & Well, Reigate, Banstead and Sutton) has been a blessing.

Overall Experience

I have had several carers coming to look after mum for personal care and companionship. Most of the carers have been very good, being friendly, professional and genuinely kind and caring. They go the extra mile to make sure mum is looked after. Unfortunately, the office is not straightforward to deal with, and does not give the support and follow up I expect. It is difficult to talk to the right person and callbacks don't always happen. They also have difficulty arranging changes to the rota. Morning carers regularly arrive late, due to poor scheduling and allowance for travel time, it seems. It is a great shame that the quality care is not backed up by a good office team.

Overall Experience

The carers are very good, they help me with my personal care, going out shopping and doing other bits and pieces for me, especially when I had a fall, the carers went shopping for me and sorting things. They are also funny and make each other laugh.

Overall Experience

We are the neighbours and friends of one of your clients for a very long time and we meet the carers who come throughout the day. They are all very pleasant and attend to her needs daily. Pandemic or no pandemic, we see them every day and they have been doing a fantastic job looking after our friend. The carers are always wearing their gloves, masks and apron all the time which is reassuring for the community and everyone speaks highly of them. I would have them caring for anyone I know.

Overall Experience
I was a regular volunteer at Caremark Sutton in 2020. From my perspective, the care and commitment that all the carers I worked with showed towards the clients absolutely fantastic, even at the most difficult of times during the height of a pandemic.
It was also clear to me how strong the relationship was between client and carer; the clients really enjoyed the time they spent with the carer and nothing was too much trouble for the carers I worked with to support the client. Likewise with the staff working in the office, working to coordinate everything; they were very responsive and professional in all of my interactions with them.

My experience did not start off well as I ended up chasing up the referral made on my behalf. However, now that I am being provided a service I can honestly state that I have appreciated the efforts and standards of both management staff and carer staff who have worked really well to support their service user, especially during this pandemic. I am so grateful for their additional support provided to gain other services input too. Thank you. Really appreciate it.

All staff are friendly, professional and caring. They have good timekeeping and are always polite. All members of Caremark treat my son with dignity and respect. They enjoy a good rapport with him and he very much looks forward to their visits.

Caremark is by far the best care company that we have used. They have never let us down, and if there has been a problem with the carer being late, Caremark has always let us know and if necessary, sent another carer.
My Mum really likes all the carers, and they give her excellent care. If they have concerns over Mums health, they will always report to the office and they contact me to discuss.

I have recommended Caremark to several friends.

Caremark looks after dad very well. They are caring and considerate and they provide excellent communication regarding how dad is doing. They support him by taking medication, doing the shopping for him, housework including washing clothes and provide personal care e.g. washing and shaving. I would not hesitate to recommend Caremark.

Overall Experience

We have had the experience of 4 x 24-hour live-in carers over the last 18 months and as is to be expected the nature of the care provided is in part dependent on the individual carer. That said all have provided a good level of care but the current carer is outstanding. The management and admin team have always been very responsive and are well connected with the NHS health care services.

Overall Experience

I have used the agency since I had brain surgery in December 2016. I live alone and was worried about how I would manage but everything was fine and all the carers who came to me postoperatively, were excellent. I made a decision regarding my care, supported by the carers. I never felt that I was being told what to do and all aspects of care were discussed and a decision made jointly. The carers made it clear that my home is where I live and conduct my affairs - nobody ever told me what to do. The carers were flexible in their approach, as my brain condition means I get extremely tired sometimes. I had a knee replacement in September and the carer was supportive and adaptable in reacting to my needs. As a result, my post-op care went well with support from the carer. The carer I have now, has been with me for 4 years and she is excellent - punctual, adaptable, good attention to detail in all aspects of my care. During the lockdown, she has provided essential support, physical as well as emotional, as I dont see anyone.
