Helped with her needs, my mother now seems more stable and happier. Can communicate through email which helps and it is good having regular carers to satisfy her needs. With regular carers, they seem to have more of an understanding of her needs and have built a rapport.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service.
This feedback is based on all carers with the exception of the two that we have ongoing issues with which will be addressed separately by email. Carers - with the exception of these 2 carers with issues - are truly caring and dedicated employees. They are very patient, understanding and treat mum with a lot of respect. Carers are considerate of day to day changes in mum's health and encourage her to do as much as she can on her own. Carers try to talk to mum and genuinely care for her with lots of love, patience and understanding. Mum enjoys the company of genuinely happy, caring carers even though communication may be challenging with the language barrier. Email responses from the office need follow-ups at times even with my infrequent communications.

I have been very satisfied with the care provided for me over the past 4 years by Caremark and would recommend this agency for the Surrey area. My Carer has always treated me with respect and has been there for me at this very difficult time.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service.
Caremark have been providing care for my daughter for several years now and the carers are always professional and caring. They are punctual and friendly and take a real interest in her. They have continued coming all through lockdown and we couldn't have managed without them.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service.
Dedicated carers who maintained a high level of care for my wife who was completely disabled. Carers were totally reliable and this was comforting to my wife who needed to be looked after throughout the day.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service.
We are currently having waking night carers from Caremark thrice weekly for my father-in-law who has dementia and also was a survivor of a stroke a few years back. He wakes up quite a substantial number of times wanting to wee and occasionally wanting other things. At the moment, the waking night carers who have been coming appear to be helpful, professional, and hardworking. They have been a great help to the family, giving rest to my husband who had been looking after my father-in-law every night before the carers started. In addition, they have also been very helpful when my father-in-law wakes up in the morning, helping my mother-in-law getting him up, dressed, shower, etc. I have not put "extremely likely" as it is still early days.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We appreciate you.
The care my mother-in-law receives from Caremark is very good. She has been able to form good relationships with her carers - and having consistency of staff has really helped this. Her carers go above and beyond and look after her very well which gives us peace of mind. We have also been fortunate that during this current difficult lockdown situation, Caremark have been able to provide an increased level of care as we requested, which is really appreciated.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service.
Caremark provides an excellent care service. I have found all of the staff, on both management and carer side to be efficient, flexible and friendly. A care service that you can rely upon, setting your mind at rest.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service. We are so pleased you are happy.
Mum, who is in her nineties, has used Caremark since breaking her hip in 2017. Since then, Caremark Sutton have been providing a live-in carer and associated support services all year round. The carers have been excellent and the back office team very professional.
Thank you for taking the time to review us, from all at Caremark Sutton.
I am very happy with the service that is being provided.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service.
Nothing is ever a problem - even when staff don't turn up they will always find a replacement.
Thank you for your valuable feedback and it is our pleasure to provide care for Mum and making sure everything goes smoothly.
We are very happy with your help in caring for us.
I am very happy with the support and service I receive from Caremark (Sutton) and already recommended them to friends.
I have enjoyed the support of my carers and I'm satisfied with their work on the whole.
I would prefer to have the same carer - preferably a male - for my personal care every day at the same time.
All the carers have been extremely kind to Mum and definitely have her best interests at heart. There had been a couple of situations where tasks had not been done (e.g taking food out of the freezer for next day/not putting the washing on at high enough temperature), but once I had brought this to the attention of Caremark they immediately addressed these issues and have been very responsive.
Experienced, understanding and friendly carers with a genuine desire to provide the best support possible for our father.
The carers are good, show respect and professional. My concern is that they should try to write care notes whenever they visit. They should be clear and precise as these are legal documents and other professionals may rely on them to make client assessments. I have noted that some did not record, someone, put that my son was put to bed after breakfast whereas he does not go to bed. So caution should be observed. Overall good.
I'm very pleased with the care my dad is receiving.
Caremark staff are excellent, caring, kind and very professional. Always inform us of anything that's needed and that we need to know. My sister and I are very grateful for the great care they give my father.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review.
