Every person connected with Everycare has been so incredibly thoughtful and kind. They showed genuine love and care for both my mum as she was so ill and to my father and I as we cared for her.

We were totally satisfied with the service. Every one of the carers has been exceptionally helpful, polite and cheerful. They have been a tremendous help getting my husband back on his feet after a stay in hospital. I have no hesitation in recommending these carers - an exceptional service.

At a time when carers are in short supply, Everycare Wirral did everything they said and did it will. I must have rung 15 care companies and Everycare was one of only a handful that actually responded and at a stressful time is a bonus. Always helpful, never let us down and did what it says on the time.

The carers and management at Everycare have gone above and beyond to ensure my father's needs were met and that he remained happy and healthy in his own home. The carers were highly professional and friendly and built up a great relationship and rapport and will be missed as my father moves into his

All the staff from Evercare have been incredibly kind and caring with my mum. We have had a difficult few weeks medically, and the carer has gone over and above what we could have asked to ensure Mum's safety and comfort. The staff are reliable and efficient whilst always remaining gentle and having
a friendly and warm manner with Mum. The management team have been incredibly helpful in rearranging staff availability when we needed additional support in an emergency. We would not have coped without the support provided in recent weeks, and would highly recommend the service provided by Everycare.

My mum has needed help in taking her medication so we contacted Everycare. They have been exemplary in their care, and the staff that visit her go above and beyond with the help they give to her. They have taken a great weight off our shoulders, and we are more than happy with the excellent care they

Everycare staff are wonderful. They are caring and friendly. Without them I would not be able to let my wife have a bath or get her downstairs into the lounge safely.
I cannot imagine a better service provider and am grateful that my sons suggested Everycare having first researched them.

This was the first time I had used a care company, so I didn't know what to expect. At first, I felt so awful and unable to walk, that I was unaware of what was really going on. Luckily my daughter and her partner were there with me so they could point the carers in the right direction. At the beginning,
it seemed such a slow process as they asked where things were etc, constantly. After that, it was plain sailing. The group who came to me were a delight - caring, efficient, quick to do anything to help - a complete joy to have in my house. When I really don't need them any more I will miss them terribly. I can't praise them highly enough.

We have had Everycare now for approximately a year. In this time they have given excellent care and treated Dad with respect and dignity. Dad has got to know the carers well and has made good relationships with them. Dad recently went into hospital after a fall. He was discharged with no support from
the hospital - Everycare stepped in, the manager and her team gave us tremendous support and arranged multidisciplinary teams, rapid response and OT's to help us. Can't thank them enough for getting Dad back to being more mobile, as this was lost in hospital. My daughters, husband and I would be lost without them as we live a fare distance from my Dad.
