Mum's carers were always very kind, efficient and flexible. Her face would light up when they came in, it was the highlight of her day. They became her friends. The management were also flexible and particularly good when appointments had to be cancelled at short notice. I would not hesitate to recommend
that anyone seeking care for an elderly relative considers Everycare.

We were totally satisfied with the service. Every one of the carers has been exceptionally helpful, polite and cheerful. They have been a tremendous help getting my husband back on his feet after a stay in hospital. I have no hesitation in recommending these carers - an exceptional service.

At a time when carers are in short supply, Everycare Wirral did everything they said and did it will. I must have rung 15 care companies and Everycare was one of only a handful that actually responded and at a stressful time is a bonus. Always helpful, never let us down and did what it says on the time.

All the staff from Evercare have been incredibly kind and caring with my mum. We have had a difficult few weeks medically, and the carer has gone over and above what we could have asked to ensure Mum's safety and comfort. The staff are reliable and efficient whilst always remaining gentle and having
a friendly and warm manner with Mum. The management team have been incredibly helpful in rearranging staff availability when we needed additional support in an emergency. We would not have coped without the support provided in recent weeks, and would highly recommend the service provided by Everycare.

Everycare staff are wonderful. They are caring and friendly. Without them I would not be able to let my wife have a bath or get her downstairs into the lounge safely.
I cannot imagine a better service provider and am grateful that my sons suggested Everycare having first researched them.

This was the first time I had used a care company, so I didn't know what to expect. At first, I felt so awful and unable to walk, that I was unaware of what was really going on. Luckily my daughter and her partner were there with me so they could point the carers in the right direction. At the beginning,
it seemed such a slow process as they asked where things were etc, constantly. After that, it was plain sailing. The group who came to me were a delight - caring, efficient, quick to do anything to help - a complete joy to have in my house. When I really don't need them any more I will miss them terribly. I can't praise them highly enough.
