We were recommended to try Everycare to assist with my dad's home needs and so glad that we did! From initial meeting, with the management staff, the assistance provided has been outstanding. Once the visits commenced, my dad's home life improved dramatically. Lovely and attentive carers, who my dad took to immediately. A great service throughout. Highly, highly recommend.

It's difficult to find a care agency that can meet all standards of care that I expect to be delivered in a high quality, providing all aspects of care; physical, social and emotional support. Your staff delivered such a high quality of care on every occasion. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them all. Words cannot explain how I feel about all the wonderful staff at Everycare who helped care for my grandma between June 2020 and February 2023. My grandma always wanted to stay at home. Her wish were carried out in the best way possible with amazing care in her own home. I cannot put a price on what that meant to us all. Thank you all so much!

Very caring and attentive staff. Carers got to know my mum and her personality very well. As her daughter, I always felt reassured, and they gave me peace of mind.

Staff and reliability are excellent. They provided me with a lifeline when I needed it most and allowed my wife to be discharged from the hospital earlier than would have been the case. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

All the staff are so caring and kind. They are very professional and go over and above for the client and the family. The management are happy to be flexible with appointments and often are able to alter appointments if necessary. Nothing is too much trouble for the company. I would be happy to recommend Everycare.

Mum's carers were always very kind, efficient and flexible. Her face would light up when they came in, it was the highlight of her day. They became her friends. The management were also flexible and particularly good when appointments had to be cancelled at short notice. I would not hesitate to recommend that anyone seeking care for an elderly relative considers Everycare.

Every person connected with Everycare has been so incredibly thoughtful and kind. They showed genuine love and care for both my mum as she was so ill and to my father and I as we cared for her.

We were totally satisfied with the service. Every one of the carers has been exceptionally helpful, polite and cheerful. They have been a tremendous help getting my husband back on his feet after a stay in hospital. I have no hesitation in recommending these carers - an exceptional service.

One lady came once a week for 4-weeks, and I found her to be very professional and good company.

Everycare has been a breath of fresh air. All the staff have been so supportive, friendly and professional. We are so pleased we have them all and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

All the staff from Evercare have been incredibly kind and caring with my mum. We have had a difficult few weeks medically, and the carer has gone over and above what we could have asked to ensure Mum's safety and comfort. The staff are reliable and efficient whilst always remaining gentle and having a friendly and warm manner with Mum. The management team have been incredibly helpful in rearranging staff availability when we needed additional support in an emergency. We would not have coped without the support provided in recent weeks, and would highly recommend the service provided by Everycare.

Do not have any complaints whatsoever. Staff are brilliant, and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs excellent care. Always look forward to their visits.
