The carers treated Dad with such kindness, respect and understanding and at the same time supported all the family throughout a very difficult time. I had to arrange a care package for my father starting Wednesday 6th January during the Christmas holidays. Everycare, through their manager/supervisor met this challenge head on. Although my father was unable to cope at home and had to be admitted to a residential home a week later. The teams support during, what proved to be a very difficult period was invaluable and the family wouldn't have been able to cope without it. At short notice (2 hours) they put in place an overnight carer on three nights, travelling from her own home 30 miles away on the first night. Nothing was too much trouble.

The manager was extremely professional from our first contact and has visited mum for four weeks (1hr x 2weeks). She has been very helpful and caring and we cannot fault her. We hope the care will continue in the same rein once a regular carer is assigned to mum in the new year.

Having used two other agencies in the area. Everycare Wirral are by far the best. Brilliant communication from carer and office staff, flexible and responsive to my mother's care needs. Excellent support for my mother's continuing independence.
