This was the first time I had used a care company, so I didn't know what to expect. At first, I felt so awful and unable to walk, that I was unaware of what was really going on. Luckily my daughter and her partner were there with me so they could point the carers in the right direction. At the beginning, it seemed such a slow process as they asked where things were etc, constantly. After that, it was plain sailing. The group who came to me were a delight - caring, efficient, quick to do anything to help - a complete joy to have in my house. When I really don't need them any more I will miss them terribly. I can't praise them highly enough.

We have had Everycare now for approximately a year. In this time they have given excellent care and treated Dad with respect and dignity. Dad has got to know the carers well and has made good relationships with them. Dad recently went into hospital after a fall. He was discharged with no support from the hospital - Everycare stepped in, the manager and her team gave us tremendous support and arranged multidisciplinary teams, rapid response and OT's to help us. Can't thank them enough for getting Dad back to being more mobile, as this was lost in hospital. My daughters, husband and I would be lost without them as we live a fare distance from my Dad.

Initial contact was very professional and their business pattern outlined (i,e, payment method; notice needed; timespans available; facilities offered; limited no. of carers) was one that we found to be the most acceptable. The three carers were very good and soon became more like friends. Now, though glad to be better after a bad fall, we'll both miss their help and friendliness. Fully recommended.

Everycare took care of my dear wife for 2 years up to her death last October so I feel that I am qualified to comment on their work. The carers, under the manager, treated my wife with what might be described as loving care, bringing joy not stress. Now at the age of 97, my family decided I should have daily visits and in my turn, I look forward to the arrival of my carer.

The firm's name is well chosen. My mother experienced every type of care she needed between June 2018 and January 2019 - dressing, washing, household jobs, shopping and good conversation. The carers were knowledgeable and very friendly, treating my mum with a blend of respect and warmth that made a noticeable difference to her.
