Missed medication
Not locking the door after visits.
Lying about how much time they have spent at the address , parked on driveway for up to half hour then a 5 minute visit.
Failing to carry out any tasks they are supposed to carry out.
Rude managers when contacted.
If you could give 0 stars I would have done , they have caused us so much upset and worry.
