Thank you for all the love and support this entire team provide to my mum from 6 years to the end the whole team has been amazing. From the male and female carers that came to mum every single day and treated her with such dignity, respect and love. To the management team who have been there to listen
to my problems and navigate solutions as mum health worsened. We are so truly grateful both mum and dad thought of all of you at comfort call as an extension of our family and we do love you all

I have worked in all aspects of care for 15 yrs. so I think am well qualified to put my point across. For the last couple of weeks we have had comfort care so called assisting a family member. Not appointed by us but social services. What I have witnessed,, well where do I start? From management to
carers!. The carers coming have not even assisted our family member in any way. If I was to ask all of them who have visited and asked who has washed her, changed her pjs, changed the wet bedding which she lays in, all aspects of personal care. The answer would be no one has. We the family members have had to do it. They may have assisted us but have not got the ability to take on the task themselves. How they pass as a carer going out in the community is beyond me. Even witnessing what they do when assisting me doing personal care they have not got a clue. Unbelievable when you are advising them on how to go about moving and handling..phone calls will be made tomorrow. Do not use Com Care.

The carers assigned to my mother have been absolutely brilliant.
In just a few days, they have won my mother's confidence over and she really gets along with her carers.
I don't know the whole team, however, I have met the carers, so a special mention to them both; thank you for being such dedicated
and friendly carers to my mother.
Kind regards.

We met my father-in-law’s carer on her first visit. We were most impressed by her friendliness and the way she interacted with him. Her cheerfulness clearly put him at his ease. The confidence we now have in her and the company is very high. A second carer came earlier today and my father-in-law was
equally pleased with the way the visit went.
Looking forward to a positive relationship.

This company provided care for my wife who has Alzheimer's. In my opinion, the carers provided did not have adequate training in the needs of Alzheimer's sufferers. They eventually said, in January 21, after visiting and providing basic care on a morning 9am and evening 6pm since March 2020, that they
felt uncomfortable providing care for my wife. Strange how nothing had changed, I was always at home, never seen any discomfort. Personally, I think they did not have the training or experience to relate to the client.

Can only speak very highly of each and everyone who attended my Dad. They were polite, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Dad related to every one of them and they never left without a friendly goodbye. My only objection was the stoppage of written records, the book was
the lifeline to us know if they had attended and if Dad had eaten or had a drink and I know I’m not the only user who thinks this, maybe a review of this could be considered.

Firstly I must say the carers have been absolutely fantastic in the care they have given to my father. They have treated him with so much respect and had his dignity in mind at all times. My frustration and anger are totally directed at the management and staff in the Hebburn branch. They will not take
responsibility for the abundance of mistakes they have made and are too quick to 'pass the buck'! If you are reading this review and have the choice to use another company please make sure you do.

I have only been with this company for 2 weeks but I am very impressed with their time-keeping and the standard of care given by the workers in my home. They are punctual and very interested in their clients, easy to develop a relationship. They do not skimp on standards in any respect.

My 83-year-old father's life has been turned around by Comfort Call. One carer, in particular, is amazing, her attention to detail, thoughtfulness and kind caring attention has changed the life of my dad from not wanting to 'go on', to wanting to live until he is 100. The carer has gone above and beyond
in providing personal care for my dad and thus improved the quality of my life. I live 35 miles away so caring for dad was going to be difficult when he was unable to get out of bed, he had stopped caring for himself and had lost a lot of weight due to not eating. He was reluctant to have a care company come in but he now cannot see a life without the help and support they give. Thank you and well done to all the staff that go, keep up the good work.
