Endless complaints given and still things are happening that I have complained about.

Im wanting to acknowledge mine and my family's appreciation for the care given by Debbie one of your carers who came to help care for my sister who has a disability and is now terminally ill. She spends 12 hours a day with my sister whom she didn't know and the service was brought in to support another service who couldn't provide all the hours. Debbie has shown compassion and kindness from the start she has built up an understanding relationship with my sister who doesn't take to everyone. She's been calming professional and understands my sisters needs after soending a few days with her. It has been a difficult time for us all but Debbie has relieved so much stress on myself as I'm happy that I know Debbie is capable caring and anticipates joannes needs she is knowledgeable and resourceful this allows me to sleep overnight getting rest during the day as I trust her kind caring nature she shows with my sister. Debbie is surely a credit to your company. Also thankyou to Tracey and Dee.

Firstly I must say the carers have been absolutely fantastic in the care they have given to my father. They have treated him with so much respect and had his dignity in mind at all times. My frustration and anger are totally directed at the management and staff in the Hebburn branch. They will not take responsibility for the abundance of mistakes they have made and are too quick to 'pass the buck'! If you are reading this review and have the choice to use another company please make sure you do.
