Thank you for all the love and support this entire team provide to my mum from 6 years to the end the whole team has been amazing. From the male and female carers that came to mum every single day and treated her with such dignity, respect and love. To the management team who have been there to listen to my problems and navigate solutions as mum health worsened. My 83-year-old father's life has been turned around by Comfort Call. One carer, in particular, is amazing, her attention to detail, thoughtfulness and kind caring attention has changed the life of my dad from not wanting to 'go on', to wanting to live until he is 100. The carer has gone above and beyond in providing personal care for my dad and thus improved the quality of my life. I live 35 miles away so caring for dad was going to be difficult when he was unable to get out of bed, he had stopped caring for himself and had lost a lot of weight due to not eating. He was reluctant to have a care company come in but he now cannot see a life without the help and support they give. Thank you and well done to all the staff that go, keep up the good work.
